@@americanmastiff7138 actually they were contacting me within minutes. I should have emailed to begin with. I'm older and still think the old way. The first thing I think of to make contact is a phone call. Things are different these days. I had ordered micro adjusters with my saddle. I received everything except the adjusters. They informed me that they were out of them and I will receive mine as soon as they receive more. Fair enough! Maybe a note with my order would have been nice but I have to give this company a huge thumbs up! They are swamped with orders and they are focusing on getting the saddles out asap. I received my saddle 3 weeks sooner than I expected. Totally satisfied.
@@bobrichards2307 they make an amazing product the vagueness of the reply is what I was referring to but it seems to have gotten better I absolutely love everything that comes from this company

But I did find it a little difficult to order and the contact info took some time but I was focused on making a phone call when I should have sent an email. It'll all come together and they'll get on top of it. I not only like the products but I like the company. They still teach you how to DIY their products. Pretty cool. Good luck!
