I thought the show was sensational! It has all the elements of Karl’s 80s, Coco’s designs on the models walking down the stairs, and Virginie’s aesthetic. I actually also like that she wears what she wears at the end of each show. It’s shows so much of her personality and just like you said, Chanel’s DNA of not being so trendy and be so timeless! You just wear what suits you and being yourself 🥰. Thanks for the great review, as always!

Loving a lot of these bags for some reason! And I’m glad to see Chanel putting healthier models on the runway! It needs to be half & half realistically! Would love to have one of those tweed mini flap bags ❤

Ah i absolutely loved the collection🔥😍 i can finally see some Chanel DNA , some timeless pieces🙌👏 For a minute i felt like KL reborn and created collection, well minus bibs 😳🤪😝 But it was amazing. And i love those shoes with bows. Hopefully. they are tts 🙏 Thank you Dacob, for an amazing review🙌🙌🙌 it reminded me, when i was in high school , every Sunday, we used to go, to watch Classics movies and would be critic before the movie.,,. I love that Chanel has a classic look untouched by trends. I loved this collection. I just wish as you said that they prioritized quality more, in RTW and leather goods these days.

It’s a solid collection with obvious references to Coco in the 20s n 30s. It’s not a revolutionary collection but it’s so easy and wearable and also smart which might be what’s so fascinating. Those little dresses so coco 1937/38 do it for me! I must go watch the movie, tho!
The movie is amazing
I have to admit I had a very hard time with this collection at first-I couldn’t find my place in it, I don’t know how to explain it. I did have a busy week when it came out-maybe that’s why. But after I studied it a bit and made some picks to send to my SA I realized how easily some of these pieces will work in my wardrobe, and how timeless it was. I don’t love raspberry or houndstooth so I’m only looking at black and white options, but they’ll get their use. I’m a sucker for Mary Janes as well. Beautiful breakdown and review, as always Dacob 😊❤

I honestly loved this show. Great clothes
Although I'm more of a Moschino and Versace kind of girl because I love color ;) I love how contemporary/relaxed the pieces at the beginning of this collection look. They kind of look sporty chic. I love the pinks and mint greens, as well as the pink y2k inspired outfit cause that's my thing. Pink is my favorite color 🤷♀️

I loved it, to me it has been the best of Paris Fashion Week, more memorable than Balmain and the horror show of Balenciaga (Cristobal is desperate in fashion heaven, for sure).
I loved the outfits, the inspo, the vibe and the accessories. Maybe not groundbreaking but true to Coco's legacy and timeless elegance.
Oh and watching it with your comment was the cherry on top 🤍🖤 i was looking forward to see it in the bunker but back to school is hitting hard and i fall asleep with the chickens 🐔🤣

Viriginie Viard is doing much better designing for Chanel. Eventhough she looks like a biker but hey why not.
One thing I did not see in this collection was a 2.55. Maybe I need to see the website 🖤💌There's no white heart on my keyboard lol
I think the 2.55 in general is not their best seller so they don’t push it much. Sad…

I enjoyed the collection but definitely not a memorable show for me… but with Virginie I’ve just come to expect somewhat basic interpretations of Chanel rather than Karl’s whimsy
She lets Coco shine and respectfully stands behind her rather than in front of her, like Karl did.
Many of the models are too short.
Missing Karl! He was a genius, Virginie not so much.
Karl is definitely more talented and creative then Virginie.

I’m so upset. I loved this show. I love black and white clothing and I like simple lines. I just wish I was taller. They can have all my money when they make some pieces in lengths for the vertically challenged.
I hear this so much from shorter individuals but as someone who is taller it’s much more difficult to find clothes that are long enough… if I was a short I’d just get my garments hemmed to the right length and move on with my day
@@aloistyler, I love that you are saying this. The only problem is that if you alter a garment too much, it changes the original structure. I’m talking about when you have to shorten sleeves and hems by close to 10 inches. I just need to be five foot eight or so, lol. I’m thin, but that doesn’t help much when the ideal is tall. I have a few tall friends who have had problems as well. We all come in different shapes and sizes, but the fashion houses don’t see it.
I loved this thanks. When can we talk about the awful Chanel shoes?! I cannot stand the awful mary-janes with a rounded capped toe. So ugh dorky dated and ugly and distracting from the elegance and sharpness above. I have to hold my hand against the screen to not look at the shoes. At best they are forgettable. Wish Chanel would sort that out.
This runway show was SNOOZE fest Dacob ! I was so pissed that I woke up so early in the USA to see dreadful fashions . Virgine will be the death of Chanel . She not delivering the fashion , I miss Karl so much ....... I know he rolling in his grave about these ugly fashions .
