In Paris, my husband bought me rare large vintage brooch and earrings from the 1920s/30 owned by coco herself from an antique shop for my birthday. They have markings and numbers. Very beautiful.

Back in the 80´s and 90´s I wore a lot of their colourful clothes and bags, and I still have a colourful bumbag from back then, that I use😄.I also loved the advertising with a political message that they did. I loved Benetton in the 90s. I have one piece that I have kept over the years. It’s a black wool swing coat with a large hood. The inside is red wool which shows when the hood is down. I still love it but I haven’t worn in decades. I learn something new from you each time I watch one of your videos. Makes me love costume jewelry even more. Mlo e your new brooch.

I love that you’ve been experimenting with all those eyeliners! And it’s interesting that I’ve been into colors than ever. I decluttered most of my pallets over the last couple of years because with lockdown and everything, I just used less and less. But now, more than ever, I want to experiment and am excited for new colors❣️

Beautiful brooch! I bought my first Chanel brooch yesterday looking for the cross you unboxed the video before this. They didn’t have it but I fell in love with one- a silver-toned metal and crystal camellia with a leather center. I plan to use it as either a tie pin or turn it into a bolo tie. Congrats. Except Chanel calls it black… I saw it in the boutique and the enamel on the ribbons looks brown to me too but its apparently a thin layer of black enamel on gold which looks brownish. Also, I love the glitter ✨ in the center of the dark brooch you got 🥰

Ahhh it’s gorgeous!!! I fully understand why their costume jewelry didn’t use real stones and such, but I feel like I’m 2022, you can find sustainably sources jewels for so so so cheap (there are other stones besides diamonds and sapphires!!). You could easily slide it onto a chain and wear it as a necklace as well!

Yes you can layer it with a perfume. First oil, then perfume on top after it sets in a bit.

Who did you get the zipper case? I love their foundation $135 and lip liners. I would like for you to write please the liners you got.
The zipper case is a gift from chanel for being a return client for many years and for purchasing often with them. The eye liners are all listed on the chanel website under eye liners, with all their respective codes and color numbers. The only ones I did not get so far are the metallic green, metallic blue, eros red, black, chocolate and purple. Xoxo

Do they describe this as a Maltese Cross? It definitely looks like a 50s square brooch to me and also it has Scottish vibes but the vintage 50s ones would have been set with agates. Generally called Celtic crosses …
