I think it is amazing how people live with problems with such a long time, and so many professionals leave them even hopeless. Then you come and you just change their lives in a short session. You a very talented physical therapist, and probably the best that exists. Thanks for helping so many people
I’m literally sitting at the hospital waiting for my ride to leave after visiting the physical therapist for the 3rd time whose just told me ‘oh you do enough exercise, we won’t give you any specific exercises to help the instability in your joints or assess whether you are loading correctly in weight bearing positions. I’ve been point blank refused help. I have even had orthopedists cancel on me after I booked an appointment because ‘too many joint issues’. I’m willing and ready to put work in here and nobody wants to meet me half way. The PT even puts me in a wheelchair because she can’t be asked to wait for me to walk to the exam room. I was told for years just go to PT, do the exercises, I go to PT and PT explicitly tells me that they won’t give me any to do and doesn’t do a proper postural or movement assessment, just says deal with pain or when I say I am worried about wear and tear arthritis in certain joints it’s just ‘I don’t have x Ray vision
World needs more people like who ever made this video . Cuz people tend to get lots of pain but they do try to get better however there are really less people out there who could help them
This video reminds me, I would like to see your approach to treat a solitary externally rotated foot! In my case, I feel like it's an imbalance in strength and not in mobility, but I'm still unsure how to go about treating it. I think it's been with me all my life (in my gait for example), but I'm definitely noticing it a lot in the gym. In any case thank you for all you do! I really can't tell you how much your videos help me learn about lifting and biomechanics. No matter the video subject I always feel like I'm learning something.
You’re a life saver I been doing all your exercises my knee pain gone ankles strong my shoulder stronger my balance has Improved a lot I have not stop doing these strengthening exercises I do them every day
It's encouraging when I see feedback like this. Strength and conditioning is the way it's a long road but with every hardship there is ease. God Bless!
Came here with this exact problem in my right knee, tried it, pain/popping resolved! Weirdly, I found that it it activated my outer calf, so I'm thinking perhaps my problem was an inturned ankle on my right leg which caused me to improperly load my knee with bulgarians. Weird that the problem was with my dominant leg but oh well. I feel so sturdy now, thanks!
I didn't even come on here to watch the vid (I will cuz its pertinent), but I just saw the explosion😂😂😂 and I commented on another one of your videos for the same reason😂😂😂😂 shyt FUNNYASL😂😂😂😂
It’s worrying that because we’re not professional athletes, we can’t get help like this. He doesn’t reply to our comments and we’re left figuring it out/guessing if this is what we need. This guy visited 4 physical therapists! I love this page and also get discouraged because I genuinely need someone like this. I really hope he does recommendations (ppl he actually vouches for) in the future
Hey Aaron, What is the difference between flexibility and mobility? Can you make a full guide video for flexibility and mobility? (For the full body and follow along)
I had a similar problem, I fixed it by putting pressure on the outside of my foot and stretching it towards my other leg I wasn’t able to do a pistol squat with my right leg but after about a month of doing that frequently while sitting I am now able to
I never had knee issues in my life and recently i started squating 2x a week and i only have pain on the top of the both knees. Should i just rest or should i maybe do half squats?
Hi Dr . A . thank you for all that you do. U r amzing. Dr. Aaron , I have a medial left knee pain . If I sit crosslegged position. it hurts around the muscles on the inside of my left knee leg . If it sit on sit on my heels with the leg turned backwards It also hurts in the inside of knee muscles. If I press the knee to the chest and press my heel to the glute , I feel the pain in my medial knee again. If I do excess internal leg rotation I feel the same pain. There is also a click sound if I do a deep squat. This was majorily Caused with excess knee over toes exercise done 2 years ago . I have seen nearly all your knee pain videos but could not find anything about the medial knee pain and healing . Hope to hear soon. Best regards
I think I have this exact problem for the past 2 weeks. Went to see the doc today, let's see if they can help me in the coming 2 weeks, before I actually try this.
Do you have any recommendations to reduce Patella Alta knee pain? I wish I could strengthen my surrounding leg muscles, but simply the bending of my knee is very painful.
4 physical therapists couldn't help. I've had similar issues, no one can help. Yet your videos make it seem easy to diagnose, if you've studied. Why couldn't they get training like you?🤷
When I split squat my right thigh muscle feels like it’s being pulled until it’s about to rip when I have my right leg on the bench - despite that I don’t get this on my left leg in the same position!
Awesome! So the stretch band under his toe movement; is that to train his foot to work as a support for the next part where his knee needs to move outwards?
How do you happen to upload a video of the exact pains I’m going thru every time within the week, it’s like crazy
same here!
Cause people generally make the same mistakes, still crazy though
Welcome to the Matrix! 😎. Your phone is reading your thoughts 🤔.

Probably because they are common issues

Wow! Awesome technique! Thanks for posting!
He needs to find a better physical therapist
He did and that's who fixed his pain.
@@vijayendranvijay457think he's talking about finding it in the first or second try max not 4th also a ton of wasted money
How do I set up a schedule and appointment for you to examine my injury.
You need a world tour
You guys are amazing !
Nice! Good job bro! 👍💪🙏
I'm always jealous of these people's single leg squats...
It felt impossible for me. I trained for 3 months and could do it!
Great piece👏
Your channel has changed my health and body in so many ways. Thanks for all you do.
It's amazing how the pain relief is so instant!
Genius! Always gotta check tibial rotation
How do I schedule an appointment with you?
What education do you have? I would love to be as knowledgeable as you

Ppl who can't stand properly due to pain or stability can do exercise or hip opening yoga while sitting on chair also or sit wall squat

It's also your calves as well. The inner andoutter calves.
How can I find physicians like you to help me?
He’s a physiotherapist and not a physician. See your local physio/physical therapist
@@wesbowie7228 seen multiple, none of them pointed me in this direction
Thank you, I will try it

Exactly, I kept telling ask myself how to do it?
He has tutorial videos up. They helped me so much!
Recommendations would be great. Tbh, I might save up, fly to him and have a consult if my knees don’t improve this year.
Hey Aaron, What is the difference between flexibility and mobility? Can you make a full guide video for flexibility and mobility? (For the full body and follow along)
Flexibility is about HOW FAR you can go, and Mobility is about the quality of the movement.

I want you as a trainer so bad not just to work out but to learn as well I feel like my body especially my lower half is either weak or imbalanced
Thank you for thiss
Awesome scientific approach - just not sure how to apply to myself or clients….??
love the pic of the 4 physical therapists hahahaha
Aaron you are a legend
my knee hurts so badly just watching this video!!!😢
How long does it usually take for improvement to show?
What do they call this, how to analyse the imbalance
But why were the physiotherapists laughing at him??
This made me giggle… 🤭Just like those therapist
They got the money and they evil laugh
So how did it get fixed? Just the knowledge of needing to use more glute and foot activation? To allow for better rotation / positioning?
I think some of these examples are lowkey cap. The pain doesn’t just go away like that😅
who is the person you see to evaluate you like this? what is the job called or their title?
Physiotherapist
One video on popliteus pain please

Does this address out-toeing when walking, running, and jumping(approach) if done alongside hip rotation and ankle work?
What to do after these? I still got the same problem
Lies. Reported.
Could this be the effects of angled Achilles tendons and flat floot?
How do you prevent this?

I'm the opposite. the split squat actual fixes the pain

Wawo lovely
Physical therapists... those people are paid for nothing
God I wish I could visit you with my problems :(
Awesome! So the stretch band under his toe movement; is that to train his foot to work as a support for the next part where his knee needs to move outwards?
Yes. It does so because it rotates your tibia, allowing your knee to move freely and distribute load through the hip, leg and foot evenly.
I can squat 100kg but it's impossible for me to do one pistol squat
Repost those directions please.
Smart cookie
I feel bad for those poor bunch of smiling doctors that you keep on mentioning in your videos
Why did not you say him he did wrong BSS?
Ok
