    This SAVED my leg day. I’ve had on and off knee pain for years. Today was leg day for me, and just as I got to my working sets, I had to stop due to pain in my right knee. I stopped the workout and decided that I had enough of poor workouts due to knee pain. I watched this entire video in the gym, and went through each step as he explained it. Honestly it felt like a miracle. After doing tons of reps of the movements he recommended, I went back to squat to see if I could feel any difference. To say the least, I completed my 5x5 squats and the rest of my entire leg day routine with almost unnoticeable knee pain (seriously, I only noticed a tiny sensation on my last working set) . I plan to do this before every workout even if it’s not leg day, just because it was so effective. It’s now post-workout and my knees have never felt this good, so he earned a new subscriber 👍🏻

    • @chaseacklam6174
      @chaseacklam6174 3 роки тому +16

      @@Dayum286 I do a light warm up to get my blood flowing (jump-rope/run/etc), then I do all 4 warm ups plus a few extra sets, I also added in “anterior tibialis stretch kneeling” because I feel it helps add a little in terms of mobility.
      I do all of this before every single workout, it takes about 15min on average. If it’s a leg day I will do this mobility routine and then proceed to do your typical leg day stretches and light warm up sets prior to going heavy. I’ve added 45lbs on my PR and still have no knee pain at all

    I did the box stretch, and it did miracles! I couldn’t move my whole right leg without pain because my right knee hurt like hell every time I move. After I did the box stretch, I immediately felt the pain subsiding. I did it several times throughout the day. By afternoon, the pain was almost gone, and I could walk normally again. Thanks so much for your video!

    I started going to the gym about 2 months and a half ago and it’s been about a month that I’ve been dealing with knee pain on my right one. I thought maybe with a knee compression sleeve my pain would go away but no. It was leg day for me yesterday and I woke up with pain today and I’m getting so frustrated with it because I’ve never had to deal with knee pains in my life until I started going to the gym. I’m so looking forward to trying out these exercises and hoping this will help end my knee pain. I’ve seen so many positive opinions so I’m very excited to try it out myself on my next leg day!

    15 years with knee arthritis + lifting and always lacking with leg muscles because I thought I can never move normally. Checked 4/4 from this video and with wishful thinking will start doing these, I think you will be my lifesaver.
    Any idea how to do the box stretch for the ancle if I only feel impingement in the hip flexor and can't get the ancle feeling?
    Thanks in advance!

    Assisted Hip airplane stretch saves me. Every time my hip is killing me, I'll do this stretch and it pops into place...almost instant relief.

    Help please. I couldn't find it but does this channel have any video on how to determine Baker's Cyst/Hamstring Tendonitis (back of knee pain); and how to fix/relieve the pain? Appreciate any leads. My doctor told me to stop lifting :((. I know I should take it easy, but to stop altogether seems counterintuitive. Thank you Dr Aaron for sharing your gift! It's almost 2025 and I don't know what took me so long to discover this site! 😱🙈
