@ 8:15 - For others researching the issue you describe: I had a similar issue with stalling but found that it was a faulty IAC Valve (Idle Air Control). My Talon R would idle just fine, but would stall upon acceleration. Just putting this out there for viewers consideration.

Do not pry the axle out of the diff. Plunge and pull on the shaft. You can crack the diff housing by prying on it
No issues and I’ve done it that way 50 times or more. It’s only an issue if people don’t grease the splines and they’re stuck in the diff.
When installing do the primary drive gear teeth slide all the way into the other gear? Like completely flush? I have about an 1/8in difference. I’ve tried about 15 times. Unless that front guide gear keeps falling out of one clutch plate .
Those teeth do not line up flush!
Were you getting any noise along with your other symptoms? Was there a part update on that damper spring assembly?
No noise, just stalling when starting off at 0 mph about 50% of the time.
@@gravesru mine clatters from behind me. That's the only part I can't get my hands on. Gonna have to pull that cover off and inspect the spring retainer.

What do you torque the valve cover and the clutch cover to
I just snugged them up with a 1/4 ratchet, I can look up the exact torque specs
so in a previous video you said you was pulling trucks for miles, you think that's what made the clutch malfunction?
No, that was in my 2 seater, this video is from my 4 seater. The clutch was baskets were still good, just the primary drive was broken. I’ve never heard of anyone breaking a primary drive before.
After replacing my clutch my talon will not do anything when put into gear. Any advice?
Did you open up clutch cover and do anything in there? All electrical connections connected like the shift motor?
Can you do this without pulling rear diff?
No, I don’t believe so, plus it’s super easy to pull the diff out
How much HP does the jr kit add to stock talon?
I have a separate video with the Jr Dyno results. You will get 120-125whp.
How were you able to pull the basket out mine is stuck in there
Twist and gently pull. It’s probably stuck on one of the seal rings
