You definitely do not need to remove the rear cover spacer to clean the valve body and remove the clutch. Only remove if you want to remove the oil tank.
Is the 6mm bolt in the primary drive gear sub gear just to help with reinstalling the primary gear. I have pulled my no1&no2 clutch packs. But I didn’t put a bolt in sub gear. Will I be ok if I can get them realigned and installed Reason I ask I was told that the sub gear had to have tension put to ? I can find any info on this though!
