My helper was always absent so I'd be constantly loading and unloading stainless side by sides alone. I came up with some ingenious designs over the years. Question: How does it not slip off the fork when going uphill backwards? I thought about buying one locally but my driveway is nothing but rock and gravel and I'd imagine pushing would be better than pulling because of traction. Would probably be more dangerous being behind it going up hill if something went wrong.
PVC pipes underneath the floor joists and two people can roll it wherever they need to put it. Just keep removing pvc pipes and put on the other end. Seen it done many times no expensive machine needed

Most of the time a shed company will load 3 or 4 sheds on the same trailer.

If you look closely, you can see some kind of lip or bracket welded to the forks that the bottom edge of the shed rests on.
