Anatomy of a Mattress sounds professional
I like Mattress Autopsy. The mattresses have been returned because something went wrong that essentially "killed" it for the customer and you guys open it up to discover what caused it. Sounds like an autopsy to me.
This Jerome's Estate 3.0 mattress has the sinkhole problem since it's brand new. You guys are right on this mattress. FYI, the Jerome's Furniture knew its design and build quality is subpar. They said it's a 25-year non-prorated and no-question ask warranty. However, they will not honor it and try to make excuses of not sending a service technician to correct the defective mattress. Stay away from this company at all cost. Go check the Yelp! reviews.
I hope I didn’t miss seeing it, but where is the fire retardant located in this mattress? Thank you. Your videos are so informative.
If you guys ever get ahold of a big fig mattress or a Titian can you do an autopsy these are mattress that The target demographic is heavy people they claim 550 lbs per sleeper support 1600 coils super dense side support
how big was the customer who sent you this bed and for how long did he have it before he had to replace it?

“Anatomy of Mattress” is better, rolls off the tongue better & more to the point- “Mattress Autopsy” is a bit creepier … save it for the Halloween themed episodes ? 😜🎃

I am now thinking of buying 6 inch coils and 3 +2 inch latex on top of it.
wouyld leaving only microcoils and the latex on top of the springs make this a good matress?
Great question. That is the direction I would go. Remove the thicker polyfoam layers, maybe adding an 1" or 2 of latex and keeping the microcoils, in our opinion would be a more durable and more supportive mattress.
@@sdmattressmakers which mattresses in the market are build like that? Any recommendations?
The gage is like 13
Copper layer usage is plain stupid!
I disagree, that is probably some new generation fast response memory foam that isn't temperature reactive. Basically memory foam/latex/high density poly characteristics in some variation and at 4 pounds density it's an extremely high quality and durable material. Latex is rarely as comfortable as new generation "memory" foams. The reason they go into great detail bashing the marketing story attached(by adding copper that is otherwise useless) is because they're latex salespeople. No offense though, it works great for some people, I wish I was among them. Also I love this channel
