LOL this is so funny to see. I was in Pete’s first band back in the late 90s. I specifically remember jamming on this tune when it was first released…we also played “Becoming” by Pantera as part of our live set which was a pretty tall order for a bunch of 14-15 year olds. I had no idea he was playing with Fear Factory nowadays. If you end up seeing this, what’s up Pete…I’m sure we’ll catch up at some point and swap ridiculous musical stories from the past 20 years…
@@maxheijstek9353 Right…because that’s something somebody would make up on a random youtube video while their name and face plastered all over their own channel 🙄
Hell yeah, small world, that's awesome!!! I use to play shows with Chris Kael from 5FDP when he was in Cut Love Kill. And Bobby Burns from Soulfly when he was in Primer 55. We're all KY boys!
@@therichardnogginproject9012 Hell yeah, man. In the grand scheme of things, metal is a pretty small community. My second group actually did some dates on the road with Soulfly back around 2012 or so…whenever it was that his son’s band was touring with them. They’re like a big, touring family sometimes…grandkids and all lol
I love seeing the great drummers, who despite the countless rehearsals, the great technical skills, are super concentrated. This makes them more human😅👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Seen them live a couple of times, but this time with a new singer and drummer they, and holy hell... they've never sounded better. As a drummer myself, my eyes were glued to this dude. His placement of the cymbals height wise is very interesting, though. You can't tell by the angles of this video, but all his cymbals are very low. Wish his drumkit sat on a piedestal, because he was kinda hard to see, sadly. Amazing drummer ❤
I had the pleasure of seeing FF in Helsinki, last date of the tour. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw Pete's energy and accuracy in his live performance, really taking the band to the next level!
Killed it. Tight sounds while... I mean I see the blur of a symbol... Tight but not tense. It's beautifully brutal. But now, "Due to the graphic nature of this album. Listener disgression is advised." I can't hear shock without edgecrusher.
Hi Pete! just wanna ask you about the bass drum sound, do you still use two mic for the bass drum or you start to use triggers right now? i follow you since you are in havok
If he's going to play one bass drum with a double pedal, why is the double bass drum there? It's drums in a concert hall, and he uses double pedals and not double BD, probably. Or, it just means it's there for visual purposes. And that head is Evans, not an Aquarian. Anyway, they found a good vocalist and drummer. I should listen to the new album.
@@setitfree78 I understand what you mean, but... I don't think there will be that much of a difference in time. Would it take 30 minutes to tune in for one more BD, or would it take an hour? Anyway, it must have been because they had a double pedal and could set it up more easily with just one BD. For shortening setup time and convenience. That's it.
Will be good to see hem playing to some big audiences again this year at festvals, think they will get some attention again as Milo can actually sing the clean parts haha
I love the replies.. yes I agree with everyone however in the early 2ks it was really common... Guys like devil driver and Slipknot they did this... For the man himself say it's a shared kit is all I needed to understand... I did this many times in my life ... Not as high level but I know alllll about quick set changes ... I been listening to FF since the first album so slow it down kids and I'm a solid bad ass drummer myself
the ultimate right foot burner lol

Seems like a pointless thing to lie about. Think about it, stupid.
They're lucky as hell to have Pete, what an addition🤙🤙🤙
So damn tight! Been an FF fan for close to 30 years, keep it up!
The snare sounds fantastic.
Great vocals!
So much power
This is sick as fuck through headphones max volume “ these mother fuckers are ringin like helllll “
SICK Drummer! Every Jam is Solid All-Around 🤘🏼🥁
Webber kills it every single time. Every time. Audio and video angles are on point too. Great video
Great drumming. I love Pete style! And grat video, like always. Thank You
Oh man that snare sound! Killer!
Absolutely sick as always!

Superb drumming! Super tight.
I was really sad when I heard that Mike had left.
But Pete is also an amazing drummer and I'm happy!
Pretty much yup
Why Mike left the band?
That's dope Pete is with fear factory! Still hoping to see havoc before the world explodes! Make it happen pete!
Pete is such a great addition to this band. He's such a beast!
I do miss Raymond but Pete is a bloody beast of a drummer.
Outstanding
Saw them in Phoenix last year, and damn! You'd think the live sound was pre-recorded with how tight he played! Great work
Awesome job! You’ve got a new sub, keep to rocking
This is Metal Drumming!🤘🥁🤘
Kickass
Hell yeah!
That ride work in fucking insane🎉🎉 🎉
Sounds amazing!

Yeah, the cables on the tom mics sits higher than the cradhed
He’s like 5’4 so he has to setup everything low
It’s effectively a cover band
Always so heavy and precise! Wreaking Havok!!!

Obsolete it's a unique FF álbum, great performance by Pete!!!
Hell yeah man, killer job!
Killer drumming Pete! 🤘🤘🤘
Thanks brother! 🤘🏽🥁🤘🏽
Sounds good
Noice and toight! 🤌🏼🔥🫵🏼
Love it!!! I’m just not a bass drum “trigger” fan. Great video though !!! 🎉

I have that filmed on my personal UA-cam channel from the same show!
Kind of digging Tony doing the back up heavies while he does all the singing vocals for this track
Always a fan of the ride cymbal pattern in this tune! 00:00:49
He’s a good fit for ff
Hi Pete!

All trigger with FF
This guy looks a lot younger than in his bowling career.
WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE I AM
lol
I remember listening to this back in the day while playing Doom 2 thinking I was cool.
My favourite cover band of all time.
Why did Mike Heller leave?
Is Pete Webber still in Havok??
I Hope so, cause I love these two bands
Yes I do both
You’re killing it brother!!
From Havok?
Yes
Man… He is so tense. 🤨
Kimmy play FF :D

Purely visual. The work load of tuning both bass drums to match night in/night out is overkill.

Triggers
It’s actually quite common, only one being used
FF stage nowadays keeps getting smaller and smaller, but still putting in the work🤙🏻
Will be good to see hem playing to some big audiences again this year at festvals, think they will get some attention again as Milo can actually sing the clean parts haha
We were opening for static x and they’re backline is on the stage so we have the smaller area to work with
@@PeteWebberDrumsyou guys were awesome with Machine Head In Sydney! Saw the Sunday show and it was a dream come true.
My girl has that same top
It’s a men’s body building shirt so good for your girlfriend homie
Milo is good for a Burt impersonation
Cool woman’s shirt
It’s a men’s body building shirt. Grow up.
I thought Mike Heller was their drummer
Need to keep him better than mike
He left metal and went homeboy.
Nope,not anymore (thank god)
@arrmavstraxxas336mike will never be back. Pete is awesome
@arrmavstraxxas336Pete is permanent. Mike is not in FF anymore.
The intro and outro of this song will always give me goosebumps. The middle....yawn.
Only one original member even left in this band.
So
True, they are great trib band to themselves like phantera, static z, megadave etc. 😂
Just a Tribute band. Sad.
Come watch Dino play some FF songs, is what the billing should be....this isn't FF.
He's not doing the bass drops, it's programmed .
Just does not have the same sound as Gene. Met the band after a killer set in Portland, Maine. All great guys.
A different person playing will have that effect.
Gene did not record Shock, it was Raymond's work. My favorite drummer and Pete's drumming brings him justice. Phenomenal!
Saw them in 97,98,99. This is nothing compared to Dino, Burt, and Mike. Even Byron. Not into FF anymore. Just let it go….
They shoild have become massive.
They are still in league 3.
Still awesome but a bit deceptive
Oh no...
That stage is tiny.
Toss the dummy kick drum ... That's the most ridiculous s$## to see ... Either use 2 kicks or not ... Faking the funk is what I call that
I was sharing the kit and the other drummer needed a mic set up with the kick much looser. We had to each use one and swap it between sets.
who gives a fuck, he can do what he wants
He's still playing it. Not sure what else you want?
I love the replies.. yes I agree with everyone however in the early 2ks it was really common... Guys like devil driver and Slipknot they did this... @@John_TheDrummer He's crushing the job too ... Heavy hitting
Wow. Isolated this kit sounds rubbish.
Meh
I can do better than Milo
