Raymond the original drummer in Fear Factory is criminally underrated and a huge part to the overall sound of the band. Great performance here though. Rock and Roll
Pete is an absolute beast, precision machine and cool dude. It's great to see him getting more coverage and accolades. Several years ago was fortunate enough to catch Havok down in Florida and chat real quick with Pete about some of his gear, etc. I still think Pearl and Aquarian need to put together a Metal Masters clinic tour with Pete and Randy Black
This is probably the best drumming I've heard for this song yet. I love all the additional flavors thrown in. Caught FF in 1998 and 2004 and they've never sounded better than they do today. Mind blowing.
I said on FF Hellfest 24 live video kicks were playback. I was wrong, this is sick, and also beast you're from Havok too, been listening for years! subbed, awesome work
Im so upset I didn't get to meet him at the Sydney shows. Hopefully one day I get to meet the legend! Absolute killer drummer and never disappoints, deepeet gratitude for your skills and inspiration Pete❤
04:02 what is the HH top mic here ? Kinda looks like some angled 57 but a bit different... Also : Electro Voice mic on floor tom ? Never seen that before.
I don’t need too. Only my left foot swivels a bit. My right foot can handle just ankle technique. Probably bc I’m a righty the muscles maybe are stronger
@@PeteWebberDrums Thanks for the feedback :) It's funny because i'm a righty and my right kick swivels but my left kick stays put and uses more ankle, just like your right foot haha. I guess it's because i've been using not that much ankle on my right kick until now, so swivel is the only way to get speed on this foot. Now that i wanna do higher tempo, i need to practice using my ankles more. Seeing your right foot here is a big inspiration :)
Pete seems to be a nice addition to fear factory. I still miss Mike heller though. I just hope Pete channels he's inner Raymond Herrera when making a new ff album.
@laporteestouverte that's a good question. I have no idea what happened to Mike Heller and when you search about it. All you get is Pete is filling in for Mike, due to scheduling conflicts. Which I think is bullshit.
I've been listening to fear factory since the beginning and I'm having a very hard time accepting this new vocalist. I have completely lost interest in fear factory, I must say. Nothing I can help but that's just the way it is. If you change drummers or bassists, guitarists, you don't notice it in the same way, because it's still Dino who writes everything.
This performance is absolutely sick , Fear Factory is alive and well...
being chosen to play with FF just means one thing: you're absolutely a frekin' monster on drums
Thanks! 🤘🏽🥁🤘🏽
Pete's using two single pedals again, fuck yeah. Great performance. 🤘🏻
Thank you! 🤘🏽🥁🤘🏽
The guy pays full respect to Raymond Herrera!
Great performance. Mix sounds great!
Thank you! 🤘🏽🥁🤘🏽

I dig the double-bass drum twist at 2:16
Thank you! 🤘🏽🥁🤘🏽
Fuck yes its great like turning a screw.
God of drums

@@PeteWebberDrums No man, THANK YOU!
Sick. He hits hard as nails, great choice for FF!
Thanks!
Flawless drummer. Great on everything !!!!!!
Ode to OG Raymond Herrera! A difficult drum track and every detail played to perfection by Pete.
Big time. Raymond was an absolute powerhouse.
@@djabthrash Word! A weapon who was ahead of his time.
Killed it in Australia
Pete was great when i saw them last year in Dallas!
Man I love that kick sound so much.Would love to have that kick sample.
Huge respect with these drumers
It's great to see the machine alive and in good hands.

Pete is a weapon, the only drummer since Raymond that actually brings life and energy to Fear Factory and I couldn't be more stoked
Gene?
Pete is amazing but gene hogland is better
Yeah Pete, that is exactly the raw power and precision FF needs!!!! Keep it up, you're killing it!!!!
Saw them live at Into The Grave in Leeuwarden, The Netherlands and played a TIGHT and Energetic set! Great showing Pete & co :D
Im so upset I didn't get to meet him at the Sydney shows. Hopefully one day I get to meet the legend! Absolute killer drummer and never disappoints, deepeet gratitude for your skills and inspiration Pete❤
so accurate, as on the record, mechanical, as it should be played
Amazing. I'm kind of blown away at how the vocals sound just like Burton.
Hard to find fault with this. So I won’t. Amazing to watch.👍
Thx! 🤘🏽🥁🤘🏽
Uaaa. Super cool.
Thank you! 🤘🏽🥁🤘🏽
Love that kick sample he's using.Sounds exactly like the album.
Holy shit awesome
Супер класс нереально круто 🎉🎉🎉🎉

We have an EV endorsement. The Cymbal mics are ND66.
@@PeteWebberDrums Thanks Pete !
Improvised rolls it fits
00:26 surprised that you don't swivel your foot/leg even just a bit here

@@factor-ade That was originally the case, but I’ll be playing from now on.
@IBEATNU2 thank you for the clarification. I've seen you live, your killer on drums!!
He plays proper stiff. Doesn't look relaxed at all.

I like the albums without Dino. New album will help you to like the new guy - or not.
