    Thanks Damon. I used this technique yesterday on a patient and now I am seeing this video today. It's a great technique and I truly love the way you explain it and the quality and care you put into these videos and your work

      @DamonCart I do, it's funny because for a while, I did this completely intuitively until I learned the actual technique. But these videos have helped me gain a more concise method, so I appreciate that 🙏

    How incredible - I was keeping the person I trust deeper inside my house and one whom I don’t trust literally out of the main door 🚪 😮

    I've definitely seen the mirror principle work. Used it with body language to cause Walmart (job) to be a 700% improvement over previous jobs instead of just a regular upgrade... I eventually saw the counterexamples, but the 'glamour' I worked is still mostly holding.
    If you can be this happy working at Walmart, you can pretty much do anything.

      What do you mean by 700% improvement?

      @@DamonCart Aggressive customers are on the order of one a month rather than three a day and are just fussy rather than the type who yell "you are a racista" for half an hour. State control?
      The tasks are at once achievable (preventing the spiral from failure to ahem, to be or not to be) and yet engaging. Beliefs, classic NLP wisdom (Failure to feedback).
      The worst part is between customers, when there's 'nothing' clear to do; and that's because I've left that rough edge on purpose. I could easily meditate with the same parameters I use on my main task.
      When the software inevitably trips me up (it's way worse) I did feel like it was setting me up to be eliminated. (swish)
      I don't experience that sense of terror when somebody brushes me from behind or the sense of horror at seeing people approach from a distance. Is that due to NLP? Maybe, not sure I'm that good, but combined with a change of setting and a good medical experience (I lost my leg but felt like people cared for once) it might be enough.

    What if you just see a fleeting image, which is not detailed and doesn’t have vividness? Does it mean anything as to where they appear? The person I trust appeared in the middle (again, split second, no great detail), and the person I didn’t trust appeared bottom right.

    • @DamonCart
      @DamonCart  6 місяців тому

      The lack of detail and vividness is probably because this is not something you've tried to make conscious before so it can take some time and effort to sit with it until you get more information. At the same time, most people don't visualize in High Definition. You only need to see what you need to see in order to make an evaluation. At least you got the locations of the images. Location is typically the strongest of the elements of structure.

    Unfortunately, I knew what was going to happen. I felt more trusting towards her and had to move her right back. Because I know she's untrustworthy. Anyway, I wanted to tell you. Thank you for a great weekend that you hosted. I enjoyed it. If I hadn't already invested so much money into the program I'm already in, I would join your group, but I'm already invested, and I'm going to finish it.
    I am impressed with the program you have put together, and I will be back. I unfortunately had to cancel the Zoom call, and I'm still in the hospital. I am Going to check in and let you know that I enjoyed it

    Nope, didn't happen to me......when I moved the picture, it became dim and faded, and I felt a sick feeling in my stomach. Ever since I was trained in hypnosis by Paul McKenna, no techniques have worked for me. Very weird.

    • @DamonCart
      @DamonCart  6 місяців тому +1

      You didn't follow the exact instructions, but the experiment still worked.
      When you moved the picture, you were supposed to apply the structural elements like size and brightness of the image of the person you trust to the image of the person you don't trust. Rewatch the video. I give those instructions.
      Regardless, instead of the image snapping back, it dimmed and faded and made you feel sick to your stomach letting you know something wasn't right. The person you don't trust doesn't belong there. You felt incongruent about it and that was reflected in the image changing structure on its own and the sick feeling you got in your stomach.
      What makes you think it didn't work?

    • @kayallen3884
      @kayallen3884 6 місяців тому +1

      So in other words, keep working at it...ok. Incongruence is a good word; insightful. I always find your videos to be more helpful than any other practitioners out there, by far. Thanks.

    • @DamonCart
      @DamonCart  5 місяців тому +1

      @@kayallen3884 thank you. I wouldn't try to get yourself to trust someone you shouldn't trust. That's not the point. But you could take something in your life that you do easily and elicit the structure of it. Then take something that you're not sure if you can do it but you want to do it, and elicit that structure. Apply the structure of the activity that's easy for you to the activity that you're uncertain about. Get the pdf that I mentioned in the description of the video. It gives you the step-by-step instructions.
