We've had our PF Platinum for about a month and are very pleased. It's a good looking, solid, thoughtfully designed 3 row SUV with ample power and smooth delivery from the 3.5 V6. Button and knobs for all key functions. It has a very good 13 speaker Bose stereo along with premium features like head-up display, 360 camera, ventilated and heated seats, power tilt steering wheel that adjusts automatically when entering/exiting, power folding side view mirrors and a key fob with perimeter activation that unlocks the PF when you approach and locks it when leaving. Also a big plus for us tall guys is the headroom: At 6'-6" I still have several inches of head space and can easily see out the windshield without the rear view mirror blocking my view.
Just got the pearl white with chestnut interior fully loaded…dash cam, 4x4 etc. Love it! We traded in our 2015 pathfinder that started to have the transmission issue. This one doesn’t have the old system.
We love our 2024 Nissan Pathfinder Platinum in the Baja Storm exterior & Chestnut interior. Love it. Thanks and great video. One thing, we have fog lights on ours. They can be had. Thanks.
I didn’t think you forgot about the side mirrors because at the start of the video you said the side mirrors were manual folding and you proceeded to show that. But I knew this trim level had power folding mirrors as was demonstrated later. I guess it didn’t break them by manually folding them in. Good to know. Very nice SUV!
I WAS interested in this until I started doing deep dives on the PF forums and looked up customer satisfaction reviews. Lots and lots of transmission issues and leaky pano roofs. I test drove two Platinums in two wheel drive and was underwhelmed. I’m actually having a bit of anxiety regarding buying this vehicle for fear of reliability concerns. Not to mention to absolute horrid depreciation factor Nissan seems to be having.
I haven't heard any problems with the transmissions on these, it's that same transmission Honda uses. How is 0-60 in 6.6 seconds underwhelming for a 4,500-pound vehicle?

If added a cool box and HEV it seems everything best in class.

I need it for city rides, not for off-roads. The Pathfinder Platinum looks like a Range Rover Velar...I love Nissan Motors🤩
We love ours. :-). It drives great and tows 20% more than others in class. That means a strong frame and suspension. Electronics are fantastic!
just bought one exactly like this, Blk/Chestnut Platinum edition and I love it ! Still blown away with all the features.

I really like that 'Chestnut' color interior, beautiful and innovative SUV not to mention a proven NA V-6
Great video, who ever your camera person is they are amazing, did a great job and showing off the vehicle.
I have 2024 pear white love mine!
Above the glovebox is for the airbags
Good job Tom & I love these kind of vehicles.
whar type of maps is it google maps
Very nice and thorough review. Thanks
You're welcome! Thank you for taking the time to watch.
Amazing video Tom.
Thank you!
I read on Nissan forums about the Pathfinder’s brakes being replaced too early…that’s what preventing me from buying this SUV.
There are many other reasons to choose. I get 80k miles to a set of brakes and my wife barely gets 30k. Brakes are brakes, people are different.

That’s old news, they changed the transmission in 2022 to an automatic 9 speed. I don’t worry about depreciation personally.
Wow
Squirters 😆
