I know what you mean, if only these developers can see houses here in Florida that’s around $500,000 cheaper than this house...but has a lot more upgrades, comes with stainless steel high end appliances refrigerator, oven, microwave, and stove...also an amazing pool ...and not staring at your neighbors, you actually have a view ..
Hi guys. Land price in McKinley Hill Village now is P350k/SQM. Developers need to earn also I guess that's why price is steep for a simply designed house but it's already a "good buy" considering the scarcity of "safe and secure" affordable villages here in the Metropolis.
For its price, you're basically just paying only for the location. Sorry to say, but the house, for me, is just traditional and there's no wow factor in it.

You can buy the house, but not the land/lot. Some foreigners opted to have condominium instead. Long-term lease is the only way you can do if you want to have a property as a foreigner in the Philippines
Hello Ovell! As a foreigner you can purchase properties that have a Condominium Certificate of Title :) but if you plan to buy land, you would need a majority filipino owned company or must be named under a filipino :)

Just look at the shortage in rice, meat, poultry, etc. The law of supply and demand keeps driving the prices up. As much as I want to watch the home tour this guy straight up makes me lose interest. My nephews, nieces, and I are either born here at U.S or had our family migrated here when we were still kids.
