I would like to commend your host. It's the first time I've come across Top Realty and I must say your host Bien is top notch. She has a very good command of English and does not have a fake American accent. She is not conscious of the camera and she is focused on her job presenting the house and not presenting herself like most hosts do. She is the most fitting person to present such a stunning home.
As an Architecture student, I can tell how much effort needed for this house. Down to the smallest details is crazy, imagine this furnished . This one is a big treat to the viewers, not a single wall is looking bare, yeah it's white but it's incorporated with some architectural flavors. Thank you Top realty for giving us the eye pleasure.

wow... 😲😍 sobrang ganda ng bahay.. gusto ko yung mga oversize doors kahit sa mga kwarto lang.
Finishes are absolutely stunning! Although not the best location, a roof top pool and gym could suffice that and well compliment the tastefull inside of this house. A basement recreation room/den and theatre will definitely make this one of my solid favorites.

If this house had a lap pool, jacuzzi/tub in the primary, a dedicated office and a media/theater room it would be even more impressive. A really, really impressive home nonetheless. Very elegant, high class home. High ceiling, big doors..exquisite designs and structures. The downside of this structure is the garage, it is underground , it’s getting floody in our country & we can’t say when nature gets havoc. You will end up drowning all your hard earned cars..And with that amount of money, there’s no pool. They should have added it on half of the garage area atleast. So it needs renovation for additional structures..or if you could buy the empty lot beside it, it would be perfect. Overall ,I love how luxurious, simple yet very classy designs were put on this house. This is a dream home.

It's a really good house. It's just that I think the 2nd floor walk in closet doesn't really needed cause the first floor itself is already big. It would have been better if they make it into a cinema room. But nevertheless I love the house especially the kitchen😍.
