Tbh the price of the property is actually on the slightly cheaper spectrum with all its amenities. I've seen pricier houses with less attractive features in that area alone. 150 million pesos for a poorly designed house (ew).

If i were to spend this sort of money I would expect a lot more. The kitchen has no white goods stove etc. Where is there a bathtub in the whole house you would think the master bedroom would have it, it's trying to be something it is not and the price where do you pull these numbers from? The presentation was great better than anyone else in the business in PH. I know you don't have a say in the price but this price is unrealistic it's USA price, not PH

EVen USA price that would be too much. for two million dollars you can buy a much bigger nicer house .
Lot area is 197sqm at 100M? That is as big as vegetable garden in QC.
I think the cameraman should take long shots to show the actual area/part of the house instead of focusing on the host.
