I have been binge-watching this channel since I’ve heard of Ms. Bien in Wil’s condo tour vlog. Learning a lot from you ma’am. I like how you explain everything with clarity and conviction. I am learning about house details, materials that i have no idea at all and continue adding interior or exterior tips in between. It makes you more conversational in that sense. The way Bien presented all of the vids were in a professional and composed manner. This is actually the vibe when you are already walking alongside the broker and checking the house in person. Mapapabili ka talaga. All channels are great, but she has a unique way of presenting houses. Keep it up!

Not hating but... 1. Why didn't they put the staffs' quarters in the back where if they'd be going to the bathroom they wouldn't be seen coming out from it? 2. That supposed "den" or spare room next to the dining room with just a glass dividing between them? I don't understand it. I wouldn't put my guests or a family member in there. Even if it were an office, who puts an office where you have to go to the living room and dining room before you get there? And that glass bathroom... I would understand if it were in the master suite but it's a spare room! The house looks amazing from outside and some of the interior choices are great but I can't get past the staffs' quarters and that spare room. Oh, but the presenter and the whole videography are amazing as well, more amazing than the ones I've seen. Excellent job!

For me, one way to tell if the design of the house is well thought of and has attention to details is the location of the electrical outlets and windows inside the bedrooms. Sa unang tingin mo pa lang, alam mo na kung saan dapat e position yung bed at yung TV dahil may mga provisions na ng cable/network at electrical outlets. The house is amazing though, except maybe for the bedroom in the ground floor. Top Realty is now my top of the list when it comes to house tours.

its an elegant home located in a peaceful subd.. however the cabinets are a little bit scary maybe because of the color of varnish or paint used.. overall nice house.

This could have been a beautiful house. Definitely big however many of the design and finishes leave me with a feeling of WHY? And I’m smh. Somehow it seems the builder or owner decided to pick the paint and finishes themself without consulting a professional lending to a mish-mash. A huge SAYANG! 😕

Not sure but I always expect an island and that bathroom next to dining even though there’s a glass door separating it is just weird. Who would want a bedroom neither outside dining area?
Having a pool right outside dining is a disaster waiting to happen for kids. Maybe it’s just me because where I live nannies are expensive unless you are rich but kids don’t know danger and it only takes a few seconds to find them in the pool or bath drowning...whoever designed this they didn’t consider kids safety and practicality. House/home can look great and practical at the same time if you know what you are doing.
Maids room and drivers room facing the street. Going in and out of the bathroom wiill be ewwww for them. Cheap tiles! Even in the master bath. Worth 10M house if not in Portofino.
