To be honest for all of that it's a pretty good price since it comes with a car. The only thing I do not like is the backyard since there is none to begin with. I would buy the vacant lot and build a better house like a Bali home.

No point in constructing giant condos but the majority of people can't afford them. And the condo in PH unlike the USA depreciates over time. Get ready for real estate bubble.
