Yeah it definitely screwed up our day. Really wanted to get the word out after it happened. I think a lot of people still hike Tunnel Bluffs from here.
I've never actually hiked to tunnel bluffs from there but I don't think it adds much time. Get there early though and i'd avoid going on the weekends if you can because the parking lot is small. There's maybe only a dozen spots. If you don't get one there's a few areas in lions bay you can park but you'll have to hike up the road a bit.
The best spot to park is in lions bay. there's a parking lot there but it's fairly limited. If the parking lots full you may have to park down by the elementary school in lions bay and walk up to the trail head. Those are basically the only areas in the village you're allowed to park. You could also take transit
@@youtubebydoug so far not a lot, I was into retail arbitrage back in the states and saved up some money mostly selling on eBay and Facebook but everything is so cheap in Thailand it's hard to compete, I have been selling some Thai stuff back in the states through eBay though but I'm still looking for more ways to make money while I'm here. I like buying and selling stuff though.
That’s awesome video and informative. I am from Surrey. I like your work. Keep it up buddy.
Hey thanks =) Good luck with your video too
Majority of Lions Bay is permit parking only now due to the Pandemic. If you want to hike from Lions Bay, the best option is to be dropped off.
There is transit that goes to Lions Bay. It probably the best way to do it but I feel like most people are going to drive out.
Thanks for the heads up Bud, could have screwed up a good day otherwise.

Unbelievable 😮 Thank you for sharing❤
You just save me 270$ and tons of headache. Thanks!
Believe me don't do what we did. After searching this I think a lot of people have gotten towed from here.
Good to know. I am doing this hike next week. Does the pay parking lot add time to the hike?

But it doesn’t seem to be beside the sea to sky gondola
Can you take Uber to Tunnel Bluffs? I'm planning on doing the hike later this month when I fly to Vancouver.
You can take a uber. It might be expensive to get there and back. There's also a small parking lot in lions bay but it fills up quickly!
@UA-cam By Doug Oh, ok then, thanks for letting me know.👍🏿
Returning the love. Great video. I need to work on doing some tips and tricks of traveling thailand videos but I just haven't gotten around to it.
Hey yeah. I stumbled across your videos on reddit. What do you do for work out in Thailand anyways?
