    I retired so I make soap as a hobby and I give a lot of soap away now. I just wanted to use up my older ingredients before they go bad. I enjoy giving out really great homemade soap. Every now and then I’ll get a big order and I’ll charge for that of course, but it’s nice to be able to make soap just for fun and hand out. I have so much stuff like packing boxes, wrapping, scrapbooking paper pads, and lots of other soap making supplies. I just can’t seem to get rid of the soap box mold my hubby made for me after he passed.

Since you are switching to doing micro batches, only, will you be selling some of your equipment that you used to make your large batches? If so, I would be interested in one or two of your large moulds and also maybe Olga, if you are selling her.

    • @MsAubrey
      @MsAubrey 9 місяців тому +1

      Shred it (I use a cheese grater), put it in an old crockpot (not used for food) or double boiler and keep an eye on it. I usually end up adding a little glycerin and or water during that heating process. Get it to a mashed potato consistency and plop it in a mold. 😊
