9:55 its wobbly beacuse you put the lighter side of the pen container on bottom and the heavy pen holder side on top. Switching the sides would make it less wobbly but still putting it in a drawer is better choice
Mine cost me $345. I'm awaiting mine to arrive February 3rd. I think it'll be a major game changer for my art since I've never owned a drawing tablet before.
I was used to the star460g from xppen that once I recieved the 15.6 pro I debated wether returning it. It’s a bad habit of mine when I don’t let go of my old tech because I’m so used to it. I’m still getting used to the tablet, my desks way more cluttered but I guess that’s the point of having a tablet. I feel like going back to my pen tablet, it’s not that this display is bad or anything, it’s just way different even the pen is thicker and glides way too much. Plus my neck starts hurting after a couple hours or so... I think I just prefer pen tablets rather than display tablets.
Everyone has different preferences, and you have to use whatever feels right for you. And every product will feel different, especially with how we sit and use it. Even a little change can drastically hurt us when spending so long making art, but that could be fixed with adjusting posture. I hope you find what works for you! :)
GUS GUS hey! Unfortunately it was just designed for Procreate with no plans for photoshop as I don’t use it personally and do not have the brush making knowledge in that program yet. Thanks for asking!
I haven't seen this question yet & I hope you can help me. Everything works fine but whenever I'm in adobe my pen makes unwanted strokes. It doesn't take breaks like a mouse would. PLEASE for the love of god: help!!
I guess the only plus of this tablet is if it would be much bigger than IPad Pro so it would be easier on the hand. There is new model bigger than this one but I agree Procreate with IPad Pro and Apple Pencil is really good.
the screen size difference between this one and my ipad is actually not much at all.. just a little more on the width. I'd be very keen to see how I feel with a bigger version of this. :) But yes, still very happy with Procreate and iPad.
Hello Abel, I realise this is a little old. But I just bought this tablet.. I have 0% drawing skills, but very passionately want to learn and eventually work as an artist (and graphical designer), I'm close to 30 years of age, so I also need to get started ,as I know drawing simply takes a lot of practice (as most things do)... but, I was hoping you could give some good advice/tips on how to go about it, how to learn how to draw better/more effective.. or even, some good books. I have tried a very popular and free drawing course some time ago (I forgot what it was called, but very known within the artist community, with a lot of drawing drills etc. etc.) however, this really didn't do anything for me... I learn better by simply doing, but also just looking at a blank canvas, it's hard to just start drawing.. something. Well, hope you see this, have a good day :)
Hello. Does it have a chromatic aberration? I bought Huion Kamvas Pro 16 recently, and I found that it has chromatic aberration - a slight blur of color at the contrasting edges of the picture. This is described as a normal thing in the user manual, but I think that this is a defect, and i constantly notice this chromatic aberration while I work. If you know, is this normal? Maybe all graphic tablets of this type have such defects, including Cintiq?
Hello! I was wondering if you are still using it and if so how it's working. My first and so far only tablet was broken after a few months. It started messing up the lines, stopped to react sometimes and so on. I don't want this to happen again, if i buy a new one i would want it to work a few years of course. I am thinking about buying this one, but i would like to know if you and maybe others think its worth it now after using it for a while.
Hey, thanks for the video. I spotted some delay between pen movement and what's been showing on the tablet screen. Is that Mac's fault (not enough memory or.. i don't know) or it's tablets fault? I loved the final effect. Sub goes for your talent brother.
I believe it's photoshop, but you have to pay for it as far as i know. If you look for a free one i recommend krita or firealpaca. They work really well too even if photoshop probably has more options and brushes you can use.
@@looselygaming6130 But not everyone has the budget to buy a Wacom of big pendisplays like 22 or 24 inches. On top of that, their prices are getting high day after day. This is why some artist like me are going to alternatives pendisplays that are good and with a good price (not cheap, but at least something I can pay for)
It's nice to see a review by an artist who doesn't do reviews, in addition to other review videos.
The odd sponsored review here and there might be ok. But its not what I want to spend all my time doing. I'd rather focus on art!

Same here, how's it going for you?
Are you still alive, or are you so engrossed in your art now you cant come reply? lol
Your art is really nice wow
I want it so much and have the time of my life.

i find pen tablets tend to run smoother
Amazing art
Thank you ^_^
Kind enough to give you a go. Must be nice!
Te funcionaría siempre igual la XP Pen artist 15.5 pro solamente con un solo cable 1 a 1 o sea USB C a USB C?
Wow I want one
hey i saw you have a procreate brush set. just wondering if you have the same one for photoshop? i would like to get it too.

@@AbelArt cool cool... i was wondering if you got one. cause i always finishing my art on photoshop from procreate.
Great review. I use Procreate then more illustrations onto photoshop. Have you tried this with Corel painter or Krita?
How does it compare to using an iPad? pros and cons in comparison?
How is it nowadays?
Hi! If you don't mind, i wondered how the screen feels like when you draw..it is feels more like a paper or,a glass?
The screen has a toothy feel to it. It's not etched glass, it has film over the screen that is very nice. At least in my experience it feels nice.
As others have kindly commented, I agree with them. It is not glassy like the ipad. So that is much nicer to work on in that regard.

Hi. What's the drawing software u are using on the XP PEN?
I believe it is Photoshop
Looks like photoshop, but I'm not sure. I've never used it.
Has it held up.

Is it necessary to connect the tablet to a pc ?
Yes, In most cases. The tablet does NOT come with software's to let you draw on; thus a device or pc is needed.
could you or anyone in the comments tell me if the performance of these kinds of tablets depends on the specs of your computer?
What program are u using?

Ok, so...... does it have to be hooked up to a computer? Or is it like an iPad?
It needs to be connected to aa computer
Yeap it needs to be connected to a computer, it acts like an extra monitor except that you can draw on it! :) (may have over simplified that haha)
What's your secret to nice lines
hello i m product design student. can u suggest me which tablet should i but huion kamvas pro 16 or xp pen artist 15.6 pro?
I think artist pro, has more button options which are very helpful. Other than that they r very similar I suppose
Congratulations for you purchase I mean that I just paid 215 us dolar for bosto monitor of 15.6 inches
Does anyone know how to make the wheel rotate the canvas?
I think you have to go to the short cut settings. Then you can put it on rotate instead of zoom.
I'm not sure tho, i don't have this tablet yet.
Niceee
i am typing on the laptop with my artist 156
Do you like it so far? Im thinking about getting one myself.
I think it's time for me to ditch Wacom and move to this brandname pen display tablet.
don't,wacom is the best at what they do which is why they price their wares so high, there is no competition
