- Tour an over-the-top seven bedroom and eleven bath mansion in LA which includes a Kobe-Bryant-themed basketball court, car showroom and a 70-foot infinity pool that appears to float some 45 feet above the mountainside. The owner of the 16,700 sq ft home is prepared to lose millions when he sells it. He bought the home about two years ago for $44 million he’s now asking just $38 million for it. So in the best case scenario where he gets a deal for the full asking price, he’ll lose $6 million on the home. CNBC’s Ray Parisi takes you on an exclusive tour with listing agent Dan Malka of Ikon Advisors.
Here’s the full story on why the owner of this LA mansion may have to take a multi-million dollar loss on its sale:

Which part of the house is your favorite?!
The part where it turned to that camera guy..... wut a stud.
@@MAKEARTNOWCHANNEL bahahahahhah funny cuz it's true
I have always been fascinated with the moss wall in this home, and the contrast between the stairs and the moss wall just works very nicely.
chef‘s kitchen
@@evracmeve5991 The chef's kitchen is phenomenal, I love the dark tones.
It was listed for $45M few months ago now it's $38M these houses keep going down
If that depreciation keeps up I should be able to afford this house never.
@@brianbrianbrianbrianbrianbrian 😂😂😂
So someone bought it for 45m now there selling it for 38m less than 2years later 🤔
The seller purposely high ball and A lot rich ppl do t build and buy they buy then build
Don’t
10% touring the house
90% making fun of the guys french accent
I thought the same thing.
That camera work is more impressive then the house
No seriously!
0:54 what stabilizer is he using?
@@pepsico815it’s shot using the ronin 4D - it’s a cinema camera with build in stabilization
Josh Yeo is the best in business 🤌🏼
quality isn't though , it looks mor 480p than 1080p
Not comparable to the work of Enes and Mikey.
I thought I've seen this house before.
That Billion Dollar Lotto Winner shouldve bought this one instead of the Hollywood Hills 25m Mansion with no backyard 🤭..
Ive seen this Mansion for Years when it was build couple of years ago.
Awesome Build🔥🔥🔥
Big Kobe Fan 🐍🖤
Why spend 38 million when you can buy acres and build your own mansion for wayyyy less ?
Why do they make these houses so specialized? A buyer would need to like basketball, golf, cars, football, outdoor cooking, and so on to make use of every room in the house
I love the brentwood oasis, this is one of my favorite homes that I have seen in LA. I have actually had the interior of this home as my home screen for quite some time.
A house? I prefer a cat as my wallpaper
The house is OK, but I would convert it from a house to a home by adding closed spaces, you don;t want to see everything just by standing at the front door
Your 8ft wide front door!
Ridiculous.
The accent comments the host kept making are side eye cringe
How did Joshua (Cameraman) go up the stairs using the one wheel ? 😂
That’s Josh’s little secret 🤫
Enez view this house like a whole yr ago..& its ovbious the price of the home went down from where it last was.
It went from $45 Million to $38 Million, $7 Million in 1 year??
I expected this house to go up in value, I wonder what went wrong, Probably neighborhood, Should've built this in Bel Air, Beverly Hills or Calabasas.
Brentwood is the "older" neighborhood for more reasonable old-style mansions, Look around the house, They're in the $3-5 Million range then there's this giant house.
Imagine:- Your car key lost in this house 😂
Take another car . You have 9 of them plus 2 motorcycles. Or call your lImo driver. Better yet call your Helicopter or one of your 200 Hoe$ to pick you up. Or wake up the one chick that refuses to leave your couch. She will drive you Anywhere.
Enez showcased this home a year ago.
He’s the trail blazer …and a real estate legend 🙌🏽
The moss wall is actually preserved moss, not a living wall, but still beautiful.
Thank you, Ray, for saying "fo-yay" and not "foy-yur."
I’m learning! I think I meant to say For: Ray!😂
How come these videos are still only up to 1080p
Music distracting
It's like some kind of futuristic airport lounge.
Cold and souless. Dinosuar Mansions are so dated now.
4:45 what's that on the left side in the screen on the floor, luggage?
Good that I am watching this right before bedtime.
Beautiful house ! ❤
Pretty awesome mansion team ! Well done . Sending good vibes from sunny miami - Peter J Ancona 🔥🔥🔥🔥🏆🏆
Spec homes resale value is usually never good at all.. And now mansion tax is gonna shake up the LA market
funny how I keep seeing videos of this same house, and the prices keep dropping. lol, they'll get it right eventually
Nice house, would have been great to see the M&E systems behind the scene running the place. Great efforts!
Wow, such an amazing house. Time well spent watching this ❤
If I had the money I would buy it......but I would worry about seismic events. Love the house.
Ain’t this house is already sold
Omg I'm in luvvvvv. Wit this house amazing an beautiful
I believe this home was featured on another channel for 48 million. A big drop in just a couple of years and now with the mansion tax.
If this ever goes up for sale, I’m buying.
this house is still on the market?!, was listed for 48 million originally
When your house is so big that you need to run when showing it
Why destroy the invironment??
It will sell for around 30. The owner bought at the top of the market.
i saw this 1 year ago on Enes Yilmazer Channel
stunning property
❤❤❤❤ breath taking 👌🏿👌🏿
This is a house NOT a home..
I will own this house
Producer Michael and Adam Swords should tour this house THEN it’ll be a good house tour.
Wow what a deal aggressively priced lol
Great mansion!
I've seen this house gone on the market for the fourth time now. It was initially price at $45m,then to $42m now is $38m. Funny how this realtors over-exaggerate how fast properties are sold in the real estate but in reality they don't, especially the ones in the tens of millions.
This property was sold for (45 million) above the asking price of 43 million before it even hit the market..Now the owner wants to sell it..When Enes Yilzamer toured this house it was already sold....It was called the "Brentwood Oasis", now it's the "Star Resort''....🤣🤣
@@Bobberhead007 your right 👍. That's to tell you how things of the world can easily fade away.
Absolutely ridiculous
You won't be able to sell mega mansions like this so easy, because there are not that many rich people in the world. $38mil for an ugly basketball court is too much.
Why what happened 8m $ price low
It's a bit much for me, but when can I move in😃
❤ 👍😁 love it guys thank God for Wi-Fi will see you guys later
That pea brain who won the $2B Mega Millions in LA should've bought this house.
This is the same mansion the Sidemen went to in the 100,000$ vs 100$ USA Holiday.
Opulence- I has it!
I can live in the garage lounge for the rest of my life and not complain.
Get better camera quality
14:36 Who's the April fool who bought that Mansion
Who is the owner of this house?
Way too big for me and my zero friends 😂
😢😢😢
This is a nice house
I'm looking for a house for my collection
None of it is my favorite. People who live like this and watching everyone in the world struggle to keep a roof over their heads is vile and discusting!
i think it could be due to not safe neighbourhood its selling cheap?
Nope. Great neighborhood. Buyer over paid. Market is softening.
Naaaah. Plus I can't afford it lol.
I thought someone had bought this house
Falls under the "gaudy display of wealth". What a joke
This house sold for $45M
Make Art Now
Mansions like this are damaging the landscape of Los Angeles and all of California 🙄
Kobe Bryant old house
To Afford this you need half a billion to keep it up. I would bnb it rent it for strip parties.
People with much lesser networth than what you have mentioned are buying homes more expensive than this..
Casa do finch kkkkk
Who lives here right now?
None, super impractical, smacked, right in the middle of the city, try to get out of there if a social distress situation or natural disaster happens, also, for people like us to have 40 foot RVs and an overlander impossible to maneuver around those tiny little curvy streets. Architectural-wise. Nice design, open, broad, mid century, contemporary feeling, location sucks. For that kind of money, (plus the NEW imposed 8% tax coming up on April 1 thanks for the peoples Republic of California's government on properties over 3 million, AND an additional 3% for agent fees!, you'll be losing about 4 million bucks!) I can get me 300 acres in a beautiful place with more than enough space and far more secure anywhere else👍🏻
Your videography made this house look ugly and dull. Other videos of this house were amazing. True story. 😅
I don’t see nothing that impressed me. Absolutely nothing
A great case study for when douch*y developers design homes...horrible results.
Qobiltu Gusti Beibeh
Very tacky....
For the Son of God will soon come in his Father's Glory, riding on the clouds to redeem the precious fruit of the earth. For Jesus is he, the King of Kings and Lord of lords. Read the KJV and pray for wisdom. Read Hebrews 11:1&6.
All the extremists and Trump supporters can serve out their prison terms there with Trump pushing the lights out button.
In just one year it will cost 15 million. You ll see 😂 good luck selling it now🫢
That house being used for content creators now days
