Made this recipe last night for dinner for my brother-in-law and his kids, it was a hit. Everyone loved it. I always cook tilapia this was my first time cooking salmon. I remember the first time I ever cooked fish it was flounder very expensive and my brother-in-law pay for it, I cooked it for 45 minutes like chicken boy was that the worst fish I ever had. I did had to make one change I did not have old bay. So I used Weber N’Orleans Cajun, A light sprinkle. Don’t go too heavy on the stuff it’s can get spicy. Thank you so much for the recipe I would definitely do this again. Gina love your recipes.

I use Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb Seasoning and Mrs. Dash Onion & Herb seasoning or Italian Herb seasoning. It tastes Heavenly!! Yours look Heavenly and scrumptious as well.
