Thank you for representing that recording in a sensitive manner. I was on the intro, and its great to see everyone so respectful and to see some light shed on it. If you have any questions or curiosities, I'm open to a discussion
Also schizophrenic here, so glad to be seeing this shined on in a positive light. Metal music has helped me with my issues regarding schizophrenia so much. Wish more people were aware of what it actually is. I feel even the word schizophrenia itself is given such a bad wrap.
COL that is super brave to share, so real, raw and so intense. One of the most impactful intros I have ever heard. Especially hearing the origin of this. Hope you are doing ok mate 🤘🤘 big props from Australia
wow, you are the bravest person out here man, much love to you for being open. Hearing your store sheds a lot of light man, I never knew what people that have Schiz' went through that much. Love to you brotha
Wow Holy shit. Hope this helps more people. Lost a friend to schizophrenia a couple years ago, nobody even knew he was dealing with it. Don't ever be afraid to talk about stuff.
OH MAN. I'd heard a couple of interviews with Zelli and knew he was a really fun, chill guy - but wow, it's all of you. This was so fun and wholesome, I love metalheads so much. And as a mental health counselor - I was tearing up through the entire middle of the podcast. So much appreciation to all of you for holding these necessary conversations with so much love and compassion ❤
As a fellow band that mixes rap-like vocals with deathcore and hardcore. I fucking adore when Marc pops off with a fast flow. Awesome band that will blow up in the next few years for sure.

After a shitty day this was so fun to watch. I am from germany and the comparsions to the US cracked me up. These guys are so likeable and I dont regret checking them out a while ago. Thanks for giving them an hour of your time. They deserve all the love.
I really needed this episode. I just experienced my first psychotic episode and it was scary. I'm so ashamed and have so much guilt and anxiety. Needed something brutal and enlightening and this was exactly what I needed. This is day one of my recovery. Thanks so much Garza. I hope I can heal and be ok. Much love 💕
They're so scary my friend. I know exactly the thoughts and fear that goes through the mind during these episodes (I was the one they were referring to about 666) If it ever happens again, and you're in your home (don't do this in public) you can always utilize your phone camera. If you're having visual hallucinations and you're having trouble telling if it's real or not, take a photo. If it's a hallucination, you won't see it on the screen. I hope that helps a little bit. If you're hearing auditory hallucinations, for me personally, white noise or "background music" isn't very helpful. Find a song or podcast that's engaging and forces you to focus on the intricacies and details. Delusions and paranoia are a little more difficult because some people genuinely can't control them, but if you feel even a sliver of self control, constant reminders that you are safe and in control will help you. Even saying it out loud. I've been going to therapy for this stuff since I was a kid, I'm a rare case where I've been experiencing this at a young age. Please don't feel nervous to reach out on Instagram (colmusic). Be safe.

my cousin had schizophrenia. he died recently. At his funeral they read a letter that he wrote back in high school to his future self. he wrote all about what he wants to do in the future, what he likes to do, what he hopes to see in the future, it’s sad. he unfortunately never got to work his dream job, or start a family. he wasn’t able to do all of the things he used to be so passionate about. the last few months of his life were especially hard for him and family. it’s a sad thing to see
Yo man I've seen Suicide Silence several times (once with Mitch) and I've been a fan for damn near two decades, but Paleface is at the apex of the evolution of modern metal. How cool is this interview man. I first heard "No Room Left in Hell" and since then I cannot stop listening to these dudes. It's so rare to have a group of guys who just musically click in the way they do and just make exceptional music seemingly with ease. How perfect would a show with Paleface, Slaughter to Prevail, Chelsea Grin, and Suicide Silence be dude 🤘🤘
This was an awesome interview! They're super down to earth and I love hearing them share their stories and what gives them culture shock. Also love hearing people discuss mental illness, as it's something my partner and I live with every day.
Nicest group of guys I ever met! Was lucky enough to see them at the Brooklyn meadows in September 2023. Amazing guys and even more amazing show and energy! One of the most wild pits I been in a long while!! 😂
I love seeing these guys being recognised! Their guitarist Yannick came into my studio with his old band years ago when he just started playing guitar. Awesome to see how far he got. They deserve every bit of success and I wish them all the best from the bottom of my heart!
Saw these guys in PA in March. Absolutely killer show. They stole the light from everyone else in my opinion. Tommy was down in the pit for the first 2 bands just chilling and enjoying the show as well. Got to say hi to them and get a picture. Hands down my favorite show I've been to.
