I’ve said it a lot but Zelli is one of my favorite vocals because of his delivery and emotion and acting. I also love how this song goes from deathcore hardcore whatever to Iron Maiden and then to trivium and then back to deathcore, I love it so much
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again - stop apologizing for pausing bro! We’re here for your knowledge and we want you to pause and talk about it. We can listen to the song uninterrupted whenever we want.
I wish I had the vocals as he does. That sound is so COOL MAAAAAAN! Ive been obsessed of his one take of Please End Me. Highly recommend that one, btw!
Dude this song is way too good. Listened to it 100 times probably since it came out. Love walking to the store screaming "GALLOWS" or the intro sounds 😅its really fun
Glad you reminded me of the maskiness. I was thinking the hardcore scream was more middle of the vocal tract. No wonder i irritated my throat. I have a bad habit of instantly trying a new vocal when im probably not ready to try it 😅
Fun fact, the stereotypical New York accent was due too the number of Italians that moved to America in the 1900s seeking work. it faded out due to New York's vast amounts of work and popularity.
That would be a huge shame if true. The controversy is old and it was he say/she say. CJ’s vocals are amazing and I would love to hear mark discuss them
I have a couple of older videos on black metal, and I personally LOVE black metal - one of my favourite genres - but unfortunately doesn't generate that many views! Would love to do more in the future though!

Got me cracking up hard over the "abcdefg mother fucker, take that shit to the grave bitch!"
Hell yeah - always remember your ABC's!
I listen to UA-cam while walking my dogs. Even they looked at me weird when I laughed at that part!
I don't know why, but it makes me happy to see someone like Mark get so excited hearing good vocal techniques. Chills even.
It gets me excited to see good vocal technique!
hey I am a guitarist - this song is actually tuned very low in drop G sharp! that's where that heavy chunky sound comes from.
Paleface is such an under appreciated band, theyre so damn good, its comical how unknown they are
I’ve said it a lot but Zelli is one of my favorite vocals because of his delivery and emotion and acting. I also love how this song goes from deathcore hardcore whatever to Iron Maiden and then to trivium and then back to deathcore, I love it so much
Hahaha I love that description it’s so fucking true
Iron hard deathcorium!
16:10 you may have done the most Bodysnatcher sounding vocal I've heard. Great analysis, always love seeing your breakdowns 🤘
Haha, thanks - don't forget your ABC's!

Haha, I appreciate that! Thanks for watching.
10:55 i love when you start to punch stuff HAHAHA
Would be cool if you had the lyrics with you while reacting so you could use the singer's exact words when showing us how they do it
Agreed!
Would be really good!
Real
You're not the first person to say this - perhaps it's time to start!
Yes please! I love subtitles/lyrics myself
@KardavoxAcademy please do brother
I wish I had the vocals as he does. That sound is so COOL MAAAAAAN! Ive been obsessed of his one take of Please End Me. Highly recommend that one, btw!

You are awesome man. One of the best channels on UA-cam.
Thanks so much!
You and the charismatic voice should do a collab vid where yall look over some of the most discusting vocal sounds in deathcore
You should absolutely check out Orphan. Two vocalist who sound the most pissed off I’ve ever heard a vocalist sound.
Orphan is fantastic. Same with the old "strangled" tracks.
"So you guys eat food around here?" where the hell did that come from XD lmao
Jacob (ex-Brojob now....reasons), is the goat really glad for the shoutout
You should do hard knock by Tallah
One of my favourite songs of the year 😍
It's a great song!
One of mine also, the other is Older Days by Resolve with Ten56 and Velli
@@allsilent424 yeah, it is very unique, it’s kinda like a rap song
18:10 what if i feel it above my belly button and thats where i push from? Idk if it makes any different it never caused my any trouble or strain
Cant wait to see immortal disfigurement "king" on here !!
Hey love the videos! FYI the guitars are tuned to drop Ab/G#
Thanks!
One minute I wanna wave my lighter and sing a stadium rock anthem, the next jam to a thrash riff , and then end with a killer pit. Hell of a ride.
i lost it at "take that shit to the grave bitch" 😂
LETS GO
Omg yes Mark 😂😂 Manhunt was a ps2 game about a snuff film. I first played it when i was 6 years old 😅
Check out LARCENIA ROE, Mark! We would like to hear your thoughts and analyzations to it!
Going to be a great alanysis 😝
Glad you reminded me of the maskiness. I was thinking the hardcore scream was more middle of the vocal tract. No wonder i irritated my throat. I have a bad habit of instantly trying a new vocal when im probably not ready to try it 😅

History is fun!
Mark, where did the sword go?
Whenever I see you getting into a song I hope the sword comes out!
FIRST ALSO I LOVE PALEFACE SWISS AND YOU MARK
Thanks!
Real early mudvayne vocals in that initial scream.
Great video as always mark they usually tune the guitars to Drop Ab aka Drop G#
Thanks!
Hey! Kinda sounds like post Atlas PWD for a bit!
I'm not too familiar with Parkway Drive's sound if I'm honest, but I'm seeing a lot of people say that!
Just tested it out, I'm pretty sure its in drop G#, I'm disappointed that I haven't found tabs for it yet...Maybe I should make my own tabs for it
🔥🔥🔥
Intermediate guitar player here. Sounds like drop G# am I close??
Right on the money
What does Alan have to do with this?!
16:10 Sesame Street is PISSED! sick
ALWAYS REMEMBER YOUR ABC'S!
Do a reaction to Goonlord. Their vocalist is a beast
Still waiting for
Immortal Disfigurement!!!
I have a feeling he won't do it lmao
A shame, CJ is the best deathcore vocalist ever imo
@@thewretch4081save some glaze for the rest of the donuts
probably won't do it, pretty sure the old Lorna shore-Death Portrait video was removed after the controversy
That would be a huge shame if true. The controversy is old and it was he say/she say. CJ’s vocals are amazing and I would love to hear mark discuss them
l bet you're also waiting on their new album 💀💀
Snuff films don't exist 💥 🔫
This sound like Slipknot before Sean kicked everyone out and they started to suck. Also I'm pretty sure the singular of "gallows" is just gallows.
When you gonna react to some black metal would be great
I have a couple of older videos on black metal, and I personally LOVE black metal - one of my favourite genres - but unfortunately doesn't generate that many views! Would love to do more in the future though!
your thumbnail says "alanysis" not "analysis"
I get some newer PWD vibes off of this song...and sadly for me thats not a good thing! I usually love Paleface tho
I had the same thoughts, hopefully not a similar transition musically.
Paleface is what Slipknot should be
Why does everyone compare Paleface with Slipflow tho? They sound way better than them
