I wish you woukd do articles for grandoarents on their grandchildren. How we can help them with a narcissist parent.. thru divorce and growing up. Im worried more on them than my daughter. A lot more Grandparents are closely involved with their grandchildren today.

Second: you definitely have some codependency Third: only use lawyers and formal emails Fourth: do not challenge the narcissist, he is super proud of who he is Fifth: start everything over again: house, city, friends, job Everything that has revolved around the narcissist will be corrupted. Now you are completely alone. You have entered a war and in war you fight. If you raise the white flag it is over for you. Don't give up, it will never change, not even under medication.
A reason I sought to educate myself regarding narcissism was exactly this! I was shocked at how after I dumped him it felt like even though my common sense had kicked in and my emotional thinking was subsiding, there was the sensation of a withdrawal to an addiction. It was the weirdest feeling.
Hoovered and hoovering, it could be normal acts for many. There are many points here that twist my memory back in time, particular patterns, 50% 50%, both way engagement. The analysis is indeed profound and dissected in forms one describes not only relations but logic.
Their biggest problem is too much control over your: 1. Time 2. Space 3. Money 4. Friends/Family 5. Behavior 6. Soul If I got this all wrong, thanks for reading.
Of course, this only applies when you are painted black.🖤 This is why I keep repeating to dress you with the print of two non-colors, 🖤 and 🤍. In their world there are no other colors except blood red❣, but I advise against that because when they are angry they become even more so. I advise you to decorate your house with these colors and everything around you. If you can, even with the plants. Put white everywhere, they will be happy.🥰
She gave me pain I give her my silence. I don’t miss it at all I’m waiting for technology for memory wipe lol. Only problem is I will just fall for it again. I stand tall with my head up with this slow healing wound that one day will be nothing but a faded scare. I hope she doesn’t try to Hoover me. It’s too late for me because Ive educated myself in all my alone time. I’m taking accountability for for my life. It’s was my naive thinking that got me where I am today. Peace and love to the humans and to the narcissists I say happy hunting. Cant we all get along lol
