Incredibly Yummy Cheesy Bites I Make For My Kids Every Week

- Hello Darlings! I'm gonna share this yummy recipe of Cheesy Bites which I make almost every week for my kids.
Here's what you'll need:
1 and ½ cups all purpose flour (190g)
1/2 tsp salt (3g)
1/2 tsp instant yeast (3g)
1 tbsp sugar (15g)
Add 2 tbsps of oil (30ml)
1/2 cup water (125ml)
200 grams sliced mozzarella cheese
100 grams shredded mozzarella cheese
Toppings are endless :) You can use any you prefer :)
Note:
-If you find the dough dry, just add 1 tablespoon of water. If it's wet, add a tablespoon of flour.

I’m definitely gonna make this. I love cheese and bread. This could also be made into like a breakfast bread if adding sausage or bacon. Any kind of toppings will work.

Thank you for the recipe❤, I try few other pizza recipes before but most of them turn out to be too hard/thick bread
But this one is turn into a soft bread pizza, I love it! It’s my go to pizza recipe now
However the flour I use is bread flour instead an all purpose one, it’s what I current have at that time but it turns out really good regardless

I never seen a yellow mozzarella... what I get is pure white round ball shape mozzarella the traditional one. I gonna use that and try this recipe
