Biggest tip. At some points you'll have the hunger to eat a vast amount of food taking you a thousand+ calories over. In those times resist and tell yourself within 20 mins the hunger signal will go away and it does
Currently trying to maintain so not even in a deficit but after a moderate lunch my body signals for a binge I could probably down a whole large pizza on top of the lunch. But I resist and in about 15 mins the hunger signal goes away and the full signal arrives

I really struggle with control and bracing. Now that might just be because it's a front squat, however, I'm kinda stuck on 130kg. I thought the 140kg might help, but it hasn't.

Purely anecdotal, but when it comes to improving sleep quality and duration, I've recently purchased a $100 air purifier off amazon and this seems to have gone a long way toward improving sleep for me. Granted, I was struggling with nighttime congestion year-round, really bad during allergy season. Now with this air purifier, I sleep very well on average. So perhaps it's specific to anyone with congestion issues, but I highly recommend this as something worth trying.

I honestly couldn't breakdown the biomechanics with any confidence, I just feel like it engages my whole shoulder more. I think it's because you press front-to-back, whereas a typical beside the head DB shoulder press that's just straight up and down feels too anterior-delt-dominant. If that makes any sense at all...

To your last point, if you diet too fast (too high of a deficit) you may actually drive more muscle loss than fat loss, leading to an increase in body fat % which is probably against most people's goals. You generally don't want to lose weight but look fatter. So... there probably is a maximum rate of fat loss if you care about your body composition and that rate probably caps around 1% per week
