@Dizzie Chef - Hi there! Thank you so much for stopping back by our channel and for checking out this video! Pesto is something we love, so this one is always a hit in our house. I grow basil on my patio, just so I can make homemade pesto (basil, pine nuts, garlic, oil, parmesan cheese), but I've also purchased it in the store. We like the Barilla brand that we find at our Walmart. It does have a fairly strong flavor, and you have to like basil, so you might would want to try it over pasta or something before trying the Chicken Pesto flatbreads? Maybe the Greek flavors or the Tuna Olive flatbread would be more to your tastes? Lots of ideas here, along with just a traditional pizza. We use pesto in pasta and pasta salad, but I really love it as a base for these chicken pizzas or tarts, it has such a summer-y taste to it with all of the cheese melted on top! I also store my naan in the freezer (with a piece of parchment paper between each one so they won't stick together, just like I do my flour tortillas) and so I always have it on hand as well. Finding it on clearance means double bonus brownie points for you, LOL! Looks amazing as always! I'm going to make that tuna one, but sub out the tuna for fresh seared tuna or rotisserie chicken. My daughter hates canned tuna.

I love that idea and I can't wait to hear if it works with the fresh tuna or rotisserie chicken. That's what all of our meals are, a starting point or guideline, and you can totally switch them up and make them your own. Not everyone has the same tastes, and not everyone has all of the ingredients on hand and we hope that everyone always feels free to make the food fit what they like or have on hand. That's what cooking is all about! I bet you guys would like the meatless spinach artichoke one too, or maybe do that one and add grilled shrimp or rotisserie chicken. Lots of good variations! @@LetsCookYall all our fish is fried lol. Joe actually bought me a propane, double basket fryer...just so we can have fish frys when guests come over lol. We used to fry everything in a pot and that just took too long lol. We have a stocked pond in our back yard, the catfish are about 2 feet long. So when guests come, they usually stay for a weekend and go fishing and shoot pool...so we usually always have fish frys lol.

Oh fun, I do have some naan in my freezer now so I should plan one or two of these! As you know I've made those first 2 & the regular pizza before, in fact the pesto chicken flatbread is one of our favorites and I've made it for several several years now! We did enjoy the tuna ones also. They all look really good......good video and thanks for the ideas!

We love naan too, and for me, it's just as easy to put them on my big pizza stone as it is the grill, but they definitely get this nice smoky crispy crust from our outdoor gas grill that we both really enjoy. Plus, it's just awesome this time of year to prep them, have Tim toss them on the grill while I fix a big salad, and call it done, LOL! Nana bread is the best yummy, I make a pizza light sauce,mozzarella and pepperoni, sliced red onion, green peppers and pineapple soooooo good. I'm going to try the tuna and olives looks delicious. I buy it in the big warehouse size packages now from our Sam's Club and just freeze most of them like I do flour tortillas (with a big piece of parchment paper between each flatbread, so they won't stick together). @Debbie Reilly - Hi Debbie! I buy the really large packages of both flour tortillas and naan bread from our Sam's Club, and put most of them in the freezer the exact same way. I use a large, gallon sized freezer bag and separate each tortilla or piece of naan bread with a nice big cutout of parchment paper. You want most of the naan to be covered with parchment, and I put a cut piece of parchment between each one. That way, they don't stick together and freeze together, so I can easily take out one or two or however many I need. I don't overstuff the gallon ziploc bag, and I get out as much of the air as I can before I put it in the freezer. I've been doing this for many years and it works really well for us! No plastic wrap or aluminum foil needed :) Hope you try it! ---Stacy

You are absolutely right, naan is traditionally served with Indian food, but we just don't eat that around here. Tim tasted it once and didn't like it at all, and we have never been to an Indian restaurant (there's only 1 or 2 anywhere near us, like Thai food, it's just not common or even readily available here). But they are a fun product, and in the regular store, they usually come two to a package, so they are great when you are cooking for one or two. The small packages of two work great for two people, but we love them so much, that I purchase the giant warehouse size bags at Sam's Club and then freeze the rest (with big pieces of parchment paper between each one) and have on hand all the time.
