This story reminds me of a time several years ago I needed to be a significant amount heavier to make the requisite weight to be included to pass a screening test for a clinical trial. I way too light but was thinking of the ways I could finesse the test to make myself heavier. Mobile phones in my back pocket, a hidden belt consisting of concealed free weights were just some of the hair brain ideas I considered. In the end I just ate like a horse for the 3 days prior to the appointment (pizza, nuts, Mars bars, curry, fat coke, chocolate, more pizza, potatoes, chips, beer). I made weight just. Now I know how boxers feel
