I think this is a justified approach to dealing with "friends" who lurk around your home waiting to sneak on your computer.
I mean, there are other solutions, like oh I dunno password protected screen lock, maybe locking your door, not having sociopathic friends.... But I think your idea is more in the spirit of Troom Troom.

At 8:35, I think this is a reference to a Russian страшилка or пугалка, which are like scary children's rhymes, an example of which "В черном, черном городе есть черный, черный переулок" or "In the black, black city, there is a black, black alleyway", this kind of format is used in a lot of them. Usually, the last line is said loudly with the intent of scaring the other person, kind of like the original скример. Not a native speaker, so feel free to correct me.
We also do have those in America. At least I did when I was growing up. Usually at the end there was a ghost or a man with long teeth. But on the playground sometimes it was just a jellybean in the “dark dark box.”

I have the answer for all you guys confused with the “black black city ...”. In Russia it’s a common beginning of scary stories for kids like “once upon a time” in fairytales except for the black black theme can go on through the whole story and in the end it’s usually something like “ and she opened the black black box and there was a RED shoe” and you are supposed to shout it as loud as possible.
Wow. That's actually more interesting and informative than anything in the Troom Troom video was! Seems like they could have changed it to be a little more relevant to an English speaking audience, though :) glad you cleared it up.

"In a black black ____ there is a black black ____ with a black black ___ and etc." is a template beggining of an average cliche horror story for kids. This "template" (if i can call it like that) is very popular in russian folklore and often used ironically. That means russians made this video and translated it in english without knowing that "black black horror story" meme is not a thing in other countries.

I love you Jarvis and it actually isn't that outlandish for you to think that the video at 13:27 is Ukranian based on the fact that the owner of the channel, Eugene, is presumably from Ukraine, but most Ukranians are bilingual and speak both Ukranian and Russian. Because much of the popular content from that region comes from Russia and Eastern Slavic Languages (Belarusian, Ukrainian, and Russian) are very similar to Russian (both countries were a part of the USSR up until 1991 if you didn't know), both Belarus and Ukraine have a very high population of people that learned Russian growing up to the point where many are bilingual. In fact, in Belarus, 70% of the population speaks Russian while only 28% speak Belarusian (the other 2% is other languages). Anyways, sorry just thought this was kind of interesting.
All of this to say, the language in that video is Russian. You can check this yourself by looking at Roma's UA-cam channel and checking his about page where it's listed that he's from Russia, or going back to any of his videos and copy and pasting the Russian into google translate, which will show that it is indeed Russian. Keep in mind, don't do this with a single word as UA-cam may default it to another language. For example, Google detected Bulgarian with a Russian word once because, no surprises here, these languages have some similar or exactly the same words in both languages. I don't blame you for not knowing as Russian and Ukranian also look very similar for people who don't write the language and they both use a Cyrillic alphabet, but the video is Russian.
