That rear camera cable is now obstructing your roof airbags from deploying normally if needed. For your safety I'd recommend rerouting the wire around the sill covers, bottom of your doors. Other than that, great video.
I hear that A LOT about the wire thing. As thin as that wire is. I am pretty sure it will break from the amount of force that is in a deploying airbag. But I will make sure to run a thicker wire in front of the airbag next time..🤣🤣🤣
Of you pause at 16:04, you can see that I have fuses taped at the top of the red and yellow wire. So yes. You ALWAYS fuse your power sources. I made my own fuse holders with t taps and a fuse. I think I have a video of that, but never uploaded it. I am behind with my videos and I apologize for that. This summer has brought A LOT of distractions away from my channel. But yes, you have to fuse them. Especially if you are going to the obd like I did. You need to have security against the power sources. It is a just in case moment. Just in case you have a power surge, even though it is a very low voltage.
@@richideatesahhh I missed those fuses taped on there. I think I’m going to use fuse taps for mine. Thanks for the responses, and thanks again for the video!
