You have to ground pin 5 and its up in the air to use pin 15 and 16. Colors are unknown. But just look very closely on the connector, it should be the main harness for power and speakers

Make sure the camera is getting power

Carefully outward..if your im a cold environment..run the car with heat on the windshield for like 20 mins..it should soften up the plastic..or go to my links and buy the hook tools..😁😁🤣🤣

@ Thanks. Didn’t know there is a link for the tools. Going to check it out. Just in case i do not mistaken it, I have to push it outward from me towards the windshield first to unsnap, and then it should be able to be pulled down and then out towards me right. And thats a good idea using heat.

Yes, I have seen this these days where A LOT of cars are coming with 6x9s in the fronts. Ford, Jeep, Dodge, Nissan etc. It tricks the end user into thinking they have a nice sound system. 6x9s are great for mids but not when it has a factory logo on it..🤪🤪🤣🤣

Could be a different manufacturer..try looking up directed (viper) or fortin..those are the 3 major players in the industry..but if you really wanna know..you gotta peak your head under the dash and see what you have installed..

Oh man..that terribly sucks..this is where Ebay could come in..theres no way in the world to crack that password..UNLESS..I wonder if you can replace the radio with an American one?? Hmm..how different can they possibly be?? I would ask the parts department if they have a cross reference number to the radio..take the radio out and ask the dealer or scower the internet with the part number from the radio..im sure you can find something..did the radio even work on american stations or navigation if it had it??

I have asked some sellers about this and they said that they were not sure if the unit will ask password. I am going to lose my mind. My car became like a smart phone that i can only make calls but can not use any feature of it :((

@LieutenantCY pull the radio out and get the serial number to the radio..call the dealer and ask for the parts department..I have always had them run the serial number and they can give me the code if it is a genuine Toyota thing..but were talking about a State vehicle..rummage through the owners manual and see if its in there..some dealerships are supposed to leave the code in the owners manual..oh amd ebay has a 30 day return policy on EVERYTHING..no questions asked..so if you buy it and it doesnt work..you can return it..BUT..be forewarned..you might run into the same problem because these new cars use the vin number as the password..you MIGHT have to have the dealer reprigram the radio to think it is in the new car..that or find a radio shop that would be willing to put a new aftermarket radio in..I would be crazy enough to custom make you a new radio bezel..something like this..

@@richideatesI am from Cyprus (in European Union), this car imported from Japan as second hand. It is genuine part. Here Toyota say they can not do anything if car is not European version. Unfortunately Japanese version cars (JDM) has different numbers than European version cars. They do not have VIN, but chasis number. Because of this damn thing they do not (maybe can not) do anything. I can not even register my car to Toyota account it is because of Japanese version and I have no any VIN to enter in sign up page. I gave up and lost all my hopes. It has been already one week passed. I am looking for other brand infotainments but seems none of them fit fully to my car. On Pioneer’s page when I enter details of the car, it offers a model that fit my car but even visually i see it does not fit. I have one of those huge unibuts that go from small to extra big. I think 1/4 inch to 1.5 inch which us a pretty big hole..Axxess has one that you do not need to make a bigger hole.
