I have happijacs on my 2019 Northern Lite 10-2 EXCDSE. They operate at different speeds and require a close watch. Bigger issue is the absolutely GARBAGE remote control. It's all plastic inside and when I dropped it once, the plastic, spring loaded, battery holder broke. To get another I had to pay $225 and wait two months for NL to ship it in one of their new units to the dealer. A massive hassle, inconvenience and cost. The remote control is a $10 Chinese made joke. The dealer pays NL $140. Still far too expensive. Very disappointed with these jacks and the company over all due to this. If this is what the remote is made of, imagine the jacks. Probably more Chinese garbage that will die the day after your warranty expires.
Actually the arrow indicates the direction the jack is moving so down moves the jack leg down which actually raises the camper
