one thing i noticed about Lao culture in foods, is it's MOSTLY plant based and meats..... none of those fatty foods we have in the west, europe or america....... it's mostly fresh plants, and freshly chopped up meats, and rice which you can limit....... and this all helps in diet, keeping you slim without much effort.......... with lots of walking in laos in a month, i think anyone can lose weight naturally, and be fit.

I'm not sure if your other viewers picked that up, but you know what that means? It means that your test buds are becoming "localized". OK, I'm not sure if localized is even an actual word, but basically your body and your test buds have been aligning themselves to the local foods and they start to test good. I'm sure everyone already know that, but the fact that you verbalized it, that goes to show that you started to sense that difference, even if you may or may not realized why that is.

A friend of mine is a tour guide. When he is in Laos, he works together with a local guide. After a few tours, the local guide invited him to the house of his family to join for a meal, because they just slaughtered a pig. They ate the pork with a sauce. My mate asked him "what kind of sauce is this?" After some thinking (because his English was not so good), he replied, "this sauce is...... shit not finished........"
