got this video via a UA-cam ad. this is the FIRST time that i actually got an ad that was relevant to me and the FIRST time that I clicked on an ad to see more. Well done guys. Instant Sub The F22 looks dope af.
I think it’s the shape/weight distribution/and wheel width/along with super hot tires of this car…that allows for this claim! It’s very possible…and I’m taking him at his word. It’s his reputation that’s at stake and he built an exceptional car! All the naysayers are just “haters!” Ease up on the criticism unless you can build one better! Great video…of a really nice car! Well done sir!
when is Misha going to drive it at the Ring? I love the appearance of Donkervoorts from bak in the days of the D10, this F22 is setting new standards, just great. Keep up the good work and for the Petrol heads who can't fort one (like me) bring in more of these Donkie concepts to the legal roads where they can scream around every corner.
thank you in turn for having the coolest name in motorsports, most fantastic vision for the future of automobile design and engineering , and an undeniable passion for future. I've been addicted to speed my whole life I just turned 70 but 200 mi./hrs. seems slow to me nowadays and I know, without a doubt that 2.3 lateral Gs might turn me into a cornering driver instead of a straight line person.
AIM datalogger with (maybe) the ABS G-sensor from Audi. Thing is that it is a banked corner so you would get way higher G-values than in a flat corner. I also measured some peak 2.0 [G] values for a Mazda Mx5 cup car in that specific corner... Normally the peak acceleration of the Mx5 is at 1.5 [G] in flat corners. Would like to see what the F22 does on Assen for example.
It was on a banked corner. Any decent sportscar can go faster through a banked corner than a level one. Impossible that car could outcorner a GT3 RS with huge wing and mega downforce. Or a GMA T50 with fan.
In order to assure each vehicle that’s tested for maximum lateral are tested in identical conditions, do standards exist that the vehicle, and particularly the track is required to meet? There are numerous conditions and variables… -What tires are used in the test…size, compound etc etc? -Is the surface concrete or asphalt? -Is the surface prepped with VHT? -Is the skip pad banked or flat? -many other variables I
Guys, come on... I know that tyre is very sticky, but 2.3 G on a no-downforce car and non-prepped surface is literally impossible. You'd have to be doing 440 kph and have at least 200 kg downforce (at 250 kph) to pull 2.3 G. How did you even measure that? Was that done on the 19° banking of the last turn at Zandvoort? If so, I would argue that cannot be considered lateral G anymore. Someone call Engineering Explained to debunk this bull.... :D
Please do the test on a perfect flat surface like the test for the McMurty Spierling. You can’t beat that car. You annonce 2,3g, Even with a 750kg you cannont achieve that without this aero.
Years ago, Donkervoort decided to try to take the Nürnburg ring record. It was owned by Porsche for years. To be short, they succeeded against all odds. So Porsche threw in a shitload of money and took it back, building an absurd car, later Donkervoort did it again and again Porsche who “owned” the record was not amused at all, and again they threw in a shitload of money and took it back. Donkervoort without the means to just throw money at it had some good laughs, with an almost standard engine (in comparison with the one from Porsche) did what almost none of the big car companies could do.
Kind of meaningless number without knowing the exact tires it was on, were they standard max performance summers or something like Pilot Cup tires or something even more track specific than that?

Super impressive, kudos!
Hi! Congratulations for the record!👍👍👍🇳🇱🇳🇱🇳🇱
F22 Power!!!
Love this car and I'm going to own one soon 👌

Denis; congrats!
Certainly a bit dubious doing it on a banked piece of track
I was comparing this to other grip kings, Porsche gt3s and Corvettes, and they peaked at 1.24g and 1.19gs.
The F22 weighs just 750 kg (with 500 hp) 😏

Wooow
You rockin NANKANG bro?!
awesome!
Nice...
No wings and it manage to do that wow that things flying
I love this car, but I simply don't belive that kind of lateral G's was achieved on street tyres. How did you measure it?

Some sort of Michelin cool tyres
@@ceesmvanwijk it's half the weight of a gt3 rs, it would outcorner it for sure in slow and medium corners

This BS claim of 2.3 G wasn't done on a flat skipad. Good luck beating a McMurty fan car in lateral-G with this non-aero nonsense.
Indeed in a banked corner. No record, just clickbait.
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

*Если смарт мама, додж спайдер ПАПА*
Do they sell it as assembled car or does Donkervoort still sell as kit car?
What engine does it use?
Specs are in the video 👉🏻 Audi 2,5 L R5 TFSI. 500 HP / 750 KG.
@@Donkervoortcars but what engine configuration does it use? inline, V, boxer? And how many pistons
They literally told you the exact engine. Just Google it.
Banking provides downforce. So it's only a record in your mind.
This car is dead sexy
Wait a second, this thing has the Audi 5 cil??
🖤🚘🖤🚘🖤
What's 2.3 G force

The Nankang AR1 tires are the F22’s first fit. You can find all information or more specs in the text (link) and on our website!
Nice try, now get it independently verfied becuse I smell a lie
To bad that er is only a future for boring obese electric sh.t, this is an ending era.
Most of this video looks very fake to me.
Like your mother!
2.3 gz is a world record?😶 f1 drivers pull 5 to 6 gz almost every corner hamilton pulled 7gz in suzuka wtf
