Workout made me sweat buckets. I'm still weak in my lower back so allot of these seemed to do my gluteus(?) And back more, still felt it in my abs but more so in upper legs gluteus and lower back. That OK right?

@@SkillsNT Cool! One thing: It would be good if you could say somthing when you switch the routines. Most of the times you do, but not always. It's hard to keep the eyes on the screen at all times. Also the switch between left and right on the side crunch would need a few seconds more. Don't get me wrong, super great video, just trying to help improve it even more.

I didn't feel the burn in that area, and I probably never will. I'm going to continue with the 15 minute workouts to improve my swimming and see what happens.

Skills NT Swimming when should I do this core workout? I am a 11 year old competitive swimmer entering my 4th year of competitive swimming, also starting middle school waking up at 7:20am and coming back from school at 3:20. My practices are 5:30 to 7:30 Monday thru Friday. Tuesday’s and Thursday’s my group has 30 minutes of yoga from 5:15 to 5:45 then getting in the pool. Also I play soccer on Sundays for fun with my dad from 10am to 12:30. I usually don’t have time for yoga because my parents are out of the house. So I do my homework that time. Sometimes I come to yoga if I can make it, but I usually go to the swim practice of the day not the yoga part of the day. So when should I do this and how many times should I do this in a week? And thank you if you reply to this comment, after you reply I will put this into my weekly routine.

Do a variant such as knee raises. Basically like leg raise, but you’ll need to bend the knees. Do it until you’re strong enough to progress to leg raises.
There are plenty of lower abs exercises out there, just search for them.
For beginners I’d recommend reverse crunches and knee/leg raises.

The best way is to change your environment. Don't buy junk food or coke and start hanging out with people who are in shape more often. start changing your routine little by little. Power of will is a good tool to start but long term I have found that one's environment is the most powerful.
