    I think it’s safe to say the “crawl space” is more of a tiny utility basement

    Bathroom adjoining a bedroom. This is something that needs to change. Nothing sets the mood like the smell of poop.

    Didn't know that PEX pipes in the crawl space aren't insulated there in Tennessee. Here in new England that's a no no 😂 amazing content brother.

    looks good. maybe add a tube insulator on the shower cold supply. seems he ran the 90 tight to the stud which will rattle if you close the valve fast enough.

    Yo love the vid but i highly recommend ditching the plastic pipe strap and going back to band iron. I've fixed a few that failed.

    Glad to see proper horzontal wet venting, and copper stub outs unser sink. Nothing worse than having pex stubbed out only. Looks decent

    I didn't know you are from Tennessee. The 423 area code number on one of the plumbers shirts gave it away lol!!! I'm from Tennessee also. I enjoyed your video.

    I never understand not wearing glasses in this situation @6:57 - its so easy to have something go wrong quickly and you only get two eyes. You'd never see this on our sites, to each his own, but this is just trouble waiting to happen.

    $350K "custom house" ??? ... hmm.. just curious where it is located.. PS: NIce, clean, plumbing work. That is how plumbers work. Envy your tall crawls space... In my area of operation, it is only about 16" of space.

      @@NikosPropertyShow Wow, awesome ! In my area, a bank put a 21' x 21" garage, sitting on its own 750 sq foot lot, on auction - and it sold for $420K. Garage had unfinished walls and ceiling, and had one light bulb in the middle. Go figure ...

    Bro the reason why you sheath vertically instead of horizontally is so theres no seams in the sheathing, you have a bunch of seems open your r value is going to be bad might want to block that off

    What plumber uses a hole saw for drilling wood? I've been new construction for 40 years and never seen anything like that.

    • @401sFinest
      @401sFinest 9 місяців тому

      They are carbide teeth Milwaukee hole saws specifically for wood. If you take care of them they stay rippin through wood.
