Wow, I have to say, this is hands down the best video comparison of S23 that I've seen! Your attention to detail and unbiased analysis really makes a difference. Keep up the great work!
@@insidetechltd The pleasure is all mine. And I just bought a brand new S23 Ultra from Amazon (minutes ago). This is actually the first time I have ever bought a flagship phone (finally got tired of my A12 slowing down after 2 years). You can tell Samsung you got a new client for their flagship hehehe ;) Have a good one!
This is by far the best comparison and review I have seen and I watched a lot of them trying to decide between the three models and their competitors. I think I will stick to the size of S23 as I am used to my s10e. Ultra's spec differences don't seem to justify the size discomfort and price increase for me personally.
This is the comparison video I've been searching for. Very detailed and I can't thank you enough for comparing the s23 series to the s22 series. I appreciate the fact that you didn't focus primarily on the promoting the ultra like so many other videos do. Well done sir.

s23 plus is a beast and I will hand in my ultra 512gb for it, the ultra if far too big and not comfortable to carry... it only beats the plus because of the 10x periscope lens, which I rarely use.

i've seen all the reviews and have watched reviews for several years so i don't say this lightly: this is the type of review i actually consider to be a review. The rest of these youtubers are either salesmen or presenters. Your reviews are informative, clear, and you seem to have an independent mind, even if you refuse to call out the ridiculous pricing Samsung thinks it could charge. For me, we reached a point in smartphone photography where the improvements have become marginal and are at the slowest pace to date. A £600 chinese phone with a snapdragon gen2 is not beyond reach, and most of us aren't video editors or reviewers to spot the differences, be it in screen quality or even performance on daily regular tasks like scrolling and opening up apps and pages. However I found chinese models don't age gracefully. I needed to spend and i needed to get rid of the Xiaomi Mi 10 ultra i have had since it is doesnt even know how to sync my contacts on whatsapp, not to mention the regular crashes. I flirted with samsung with the first flip phone, but i quickly returned it because its battery life was a joke and, the reason I got rid of my S3 samsung because it started lagging and i absolutely hated samsung's interface. But i took the plunge anyway and ordered the s23 ultra because samsung allowed me to trade an S4 i had no use for AND gave an online discount voucher AND allowed me to split the cost over 3 years at 0% interest; in short, it made it accessible to someone like me. I need a device that can last for 3-5 years and unfortunately, i reached the conclusion, given my experience with huawei mate 20 X, Razor's first phone and the Xiaomi mi 10 ultra. Excellent review; your knowledge of photography is great and im glad you point out that these difference dont really mount up to anything crazy different or better. You definitely won a new subscriber.
Was contemplating which one to get. I went with the base s23 due to the size. I love how compact and practical it is! If youre like me and fancied downsizing for practicality then dont hesitate, s23 all the way!
Woow.. Now, that's the detailed review.. Saw this after 5 months of publishing the video, with a confusion between s23+ vs s2 2+ You nailed the review and comparison with such level of details. Keep up the good work.. 👍 Love from India! 🇮🇳
I am thorned between the S23 and S23 Ultra. Personally, I really like the 6.1 inches screen as I find it the sweet spot. I used to have an S22 and Note 20 Ultra and both feels good in the hands. I might go for the S23 cream since I like it white.
@@insidetechltd I traded in my iphone 13 Pro and added cash at a Samsung store two days ago. I ended up with the S23 Ultra black. The battery is indeed superb and performance is just wow.
I own the Note 20 ultra and bought the S23+ for my father and the S23 for me. I like the huge display of the Note 20 Ultra, but honestly speaking I was not using it outdoors because it's very uncomfortable in my pocket. Huge displays are fantastic and probably more suitable for women. I think I'm gonna miss the huge Note's display, but I after using for more than two years I want something smaller, as my S9 mini which is super confortable. That's why I got the S23.
You gave us a 7 course meal with a complementary bottle of champagne on the house with your comprehensive review. Personally I would love the S23 Ultra.
great review, subbed!! btw, did anyone of you noticed that the Gorilla Victus 2 glass on the front and backside of the s23 has some type of Lotus effect ability!? just hold it under the water tap and watch the water running over the surface of the glass. it's like pearls.
Have to say this is the best comparison video I have seen so far. The detail this video goes into on each section is a lot more than other videos. I like how you compare the devices from last year and how you show the differences. Also I agree with the fact that the Ultra isn't the best for everyone. For some people the S23 or the Plus version may be better for some people. I didn't realise how much the processor meant to people. I never knew it meant so much to people. I use the Galaxy S23 Ultra right now which I love however I would say if your getting one of the new devices then try out all devices before making a decision. I love all 3 devices and have to say massive improvements.
Thank you for such an in depth review. I bought the S23 Ultra a fee months ago and am probably going to sell it for the base model. It's just too big and heavy. I don't use the camera features or the S pen. The speakers are amazing but I think the improved s23 speakers will suffice once I've adjusted to their sound. Big isn't always best.
I wonder if mine has defect. Seems like my S23 Ultra has tinnier sound compared to my S23? I'm deciding to keep only one so this does seem like a deal breaker.. Even when the Ultra earphone level is at red, it sounds not as loud as in my S23.
Thank you for this. Most reviews have focused on the S23 Ultra; seeing all three side by side has me definitely leaning towards the Plus. There are rumors that Samsung will be releasing an S23 FE model later this year, which is something I'd really be interested in. Have you heard anything?
Yes, the other S23s should definitely not be overlooked! Too easy to get caught up assuming the Ultra is best. As for the FE, I doubt i've heard anything more than you already have. But I'd be very surprised if Samsung didn't end up releasing one this year as well
Perfect review video. Great editing, very on point and unbiased. The world needs more people like you. Subscribed. I hate big phones and S23+'s 6.6 inches is definitely too big of a screen size for my preference but that battery life does sound good. Would you say S23's battery is still enough for moderate to heavy usage?
Again great content, was waiting on your review and finally is here :). When I have heard that Snapdragon 8 gen 2 will be used globally, I did not hesitate and sold my s22U to pre-order blindly S23U. Best decision ever. Finally video is sharp without blurry parts on sides and is noticeable better plus this battery life - sweet. At last S23U is a flagship as it should be ! Agree that S23 series shape is better and should be implemented for ultra :D
@InsideTech using s23 ultra since month now and can only recommend 👌 of course is huge mobile, shame that we don't have any smaller choice as good as ultra.
Nice, glad you like it! Curious though, why do say there are no smaller choices as good as the Ultra? Do you not think the S23 is at the same level? And if not, what is it about the Ultra you think is better?
@@insidetechltd mainly camera of course is what is doing Ultra better choice. Zoom plus macro capabilities. I don't care about 200mpix because this is needed for 8k video mainly which majority of people does not use. Apart of it, but this is my personal opinion, i would appreciate if plus variant would have 6.5 inches display. They should do like apple did starting witch 13 pro and 13 pro max where size and battery are only difference
Thank you. Don't know why it was so hard to google whether or not the samsung galaxy S23 had a flat or bevelled screen but it was and this answered all of my questions perfectly :) Thought I might need to go for S23 Ultra just for the camera, the specs look the same but the camera tests looked a bit different so wasn't sure if there was image stabilisation only on the ultra to support the super telephoto or some slightly dodgy back end processing to make the most expensive phone look the best. I like the sharp detail but it does seem pretty processed. Not sure if turning off HDR will get me where I want to be? (it really helps tone down the over contrast on the S7).
The standard S23 is still the largest smartphone I have ever owned! (I had an S7 before this, an S4 before that, and started with a Galaxy S in 2010)... the S23 standard already feels like a 'big' phone to me, and it does everything I want. I can't imagine lugging one of those tablet sized phones around in my pocket. I don't get why phones just keep getting bigger and bigger... just get a laptop for actual performance. Phones are supposed to be pocket size.
Absolutely nailed it. Got the info what I needed from this 22 series vs 23 series comparison. I am currently looking to upgrade from my OnePlus 7 pro. This video is very informative for me to make a choice. Thank you
This has to be one of the best comparison videos I have seen .. Very detailed .. And you didn't just compare like for like.. You also went on to compare the regular S23 with the Ultra .. I'm really impressed by how detailed the whole video was
After watching your video, I returned my s23 for a s23 plus. I was not aware of the charging capacity for the s23. I had a 14 day window so I returned it and got the s23 plus
They very likely are great phones, but for me, they all have a dealbreaker: the lack of sd card memory slot. If Sammy brought that memory card slot back, I'd buy one of those phones.
I have both the 22 Ultra and 23 Ultra, I mainly do product photos as well as videos. But I tried to use the cell phone much like SonyZV-1 where it focuses on the closest object. You can do this with cell phones as long as the object of interest covers cameras view of your face. But with that all said, I noticed that the video drops hundreds of frames, very very choppy. This is only on the S23 Ultra not the S22 Ultra. This is on my old computer which does have trouble with 4K 60 fps. So I only shoot as high as 4K 30 fps. The 22u and 23u pretty much have the same setting and bit rate, but the 22u no problem, 23u is horrible. When viewing it on the phone it seems fine. I plan on picking up a new laptop probably Samsung book3 Pro 360. I can't help but wonder if it still have trouble for some reason. I did about 11 videos and all the same result, I assume it is my computer, but why does it play the S22 Ultra videos no problem with out stuttering? Anyway it was just something I noticed.
It’s not just you. I noticed dropped frames too. Didn’t spot it until I took the videos off the phone and played them back side by side. Annoyingly this UA-cam video is 25 fps (the videos were shot in 60 originally and it’s immediately apparent there) but you can’t tell as much on here. Will have to see what happens with updates
This review and comparison was super helpful and detailed thank you! Showing the photo quality side by side was really helpful too exactly what I wanted to see.
I like midrange phones and that's what I can afford at the moment. But, I'll nudge myself to buy a flagship soon. I'm not that much into taking photos but I hate the lack of confidence I get to have with midrange phones when I want to take a quick photo. Sometimes they turn out well but other times they are either too dark or blown out, other times blurry and even with a lot of noise. From what I've seen on the reviews from this channel and many others, flagships just give you the peace of mind that the photo you've taken will turn out great 99% of the time. The performance is also another plus
Great comparison! I would go with the Plus after watching this. I would like to see a quad HD display on it to justify the price but it looks great nonetheless.
As somesone who uses his phone as part of his medical eco-system (Bluetooth continuous glucose meter), battery is a very important for me. So is size. I like more compact phones as I wear a lot of formal wear and even though our pockets are far larger than women's, I dislike bulging pockets by phones you know? I was really doubling between the normal s22 and s23, especially with prices refurbished. But your very detailed video review and extensive battery testing you removed my doubt completely. S23 it is!
@@insidetechltd Ha! There was so much information I must have missed it. Thanks again, the A/B/ comparisons helped me decide that I'm going to pick up the plus instead of the ultra.
This is the best comparison video I have ever seen.👏🏻 Can u please tell me if there is any noticeable difference between the display of the s23 plus and the display of the regular s23 & Ultra? I'm wondering specifically about the PPI resolution in the s23 plus, as it is lower compared to the regular version.
Thank you! If you look closely at the phones side by side...you can see it. The screens are big enough that you can spot the difference IF you're looking for it. I really don't think it's something you notice day to day though, you very quickly adjust to either screen so I don't think it's a big issue
@@insidetechltd Thank you for responding..😊 The regular S23 is good, but as a content consumer, I prefer a big screen. The S3 Ultra is too big and bulky, so the S23 Plus was the perfect size for me. However, the only thing holding me back is its PPI resolution. If I'm spending this much money, why should I compromise on it? I was waiting for the launch of the S24 Plus to see if they provide a decent PPI resolution, but I have no hopes for it since it will have an Exynos chip instead of the Snapdragon.
This video made me to subscribe your channel in the first go...❤😊 I need your advice on my case stated below. S23(256gb)- 779£ S23+(256gb)- 903£ S23 ultra (256gb) - 959£ Which among them is the best buy as per the pricing.. Before a month i was fixed in my mind to take s23 base variant, but the current price stated above makes me very much confused.. could you please share your thoughts and suggestions..
Firstly, thanks a lot! And secondly the S23 for sure! There are reasons to choose it even if the prices were all the same. The base variant is underrated and definitely the best value from those three imo 👍🏼
@@insidetechltd Thanks a lot for the suggestion .Also one more thing, The above stated price of s23 series is based on black Friday offer with some tariff plan. I believe S24 series may launch in January or February 2024. After that, will the price of S23 base model again decreases?? In other words, which is the best time to buy s23 base model, during current black Friday sale or wait until January or February.?? Please advise
Two moments when I became a fan, already a subscriber though. First, when he mentioned about Ultra Wide Band, which I never heard anyone speaking about. Second, when he mentioned the prices in ₹(Indian Rupee).
My choice would be the S23+, only for the screen size. What is your opinion on the One Plus 11 phone? The one plus is cheaper and seems to be better compared to their older models.
These are my full thoughts on the phone 👉🏼 ua-cam.com/video/-d5AQ2101Is/v-deo.html I would say the S23 is probably better overall, but maybe not in terms of value for money
I've seen tons of others reviews abt S23 series yours are the most thorough! But you might have missed the point that S23 only support 25W fast charging while the other S23+ and S23 Ultra have 45W fast charging. It might be a factor for some ppl. Hope you would add that point into your next comparison vids! Deserve my subscribe!
Woahhh❄I rarely do put comments nowadays but this one deserves it🔥Greatt comparison, without a shadow of doubt the best one I've watched for the s23 lineup!!!Perfect is what I'd say Keep up the massive work and passion you have doing it🍂Well done mate💯
Its funny i used to only get the smaller variants. I didnt like thw way the bigger screens felt less sharp or felt more stretched as some would say. But that was back when resolution was the same between all the samsung variants. Now i def go bigger because of the 1440p displays. They had to give us some reason to get it lol. But yeah I adapted to the bigger screens now so its all I get. I will say sometimes i miss the size of my old s6 edge+ or my s9. But im very happy with the bigger displays now.
I have been searching for a detailed review like this one, thanks man. I'm considering the compact regular s23, can't be bothered to lug around giant phones lol
Great explanation. I upgraded to the S23+ from S8+ and am baffled by the display color quality. It's just horrible imo. It's washed out and dull. My S8 is vibrant with bright colors. I've spent hours adjusting settings and researching how to fix but am not finding it. I will be contacting Samsung. 😢

Do you recommend s23+ over s23? I had small compact s23 sized phone all my life, but I always needed bigger battery. But confused if 6.6 inch would be larger. Checking dimensions, s23+ with 6.6 inch thinner bezels has same dimensions as oneplus nord 2T with 6.4 inch, which my cousin has, and I think it’s maybe ok.🙆🏻♂️
Bro thanks for an amazing review please please answer these questions🙏- I need a good camera phone (especially for videos) To record my auditions as an actor people say the iphones are better for videos so 1) is the video quality on s23+ really bad compared to iphones as in deal breaker level bad? Or managable with good lighting? 2) is there a huge difference between the s23+ & s23 ultra camera quality? 3) the display on s23+ due to the lower ppi comapared to the regular s23 & only being a normal HDR compared to the s23 ultra's 2k is the difference really huge? As in does s23+'s display look really bad compared to the other two devices? Please help
1) yes, iPhones video is definitely better. But also yes, the S23+ is manageable in good lighting. “Manageable” isn’t really the sort of word that applies to any flagship phone like these. Your options are either ‘very good’ or ‘excellent’. You can’t go wrong 2) no there isn’t 3) no big difference in the displays. If you have to ask, you’re not the sort of pixel-peeping person who would notice. It’s a subtle difference I hope that helps!
@@insidetechltdthank you so much Bro you're awesome God Bless! But just to sum up what you said & clarify & confirm once again for my peace of mind before i buy s23+ 1) if Iphones video quality is excellent s23+ falls in very good category & can become excellent with good lighting & can be used for recording professional & good auditions? 2) its not worth spending more on the S23 ultra for the camera if the price difference between the plus & ultra is huge? 3) i wont be able to notice any difference in the display till i dont see them side by side & nitpick?
with 1) iPhone video is ahead of any another phone, so it's only fair to put it into it's own category. Maybe calling the S23+ 'very good' in comparison is a bit unfair though. The S23+ should be plenty good enough for your use case. It's more like 'excellent' vs 'excellent +1' 2) correct! 3) correct!
@@insidetechltd okay bro thanks so much one last & final question & promise no more questions after that i promise S23+ or one plus 11 or google pixel 7 pro which one would you pick as an overall good phone for camera & general use?
I would probably go with the S23+. It's a bit more expensive but the best all round phone out of these 3 and still has a great camera. The Pixel 7 Pro has the best camera, but the battery and speed let it down compared to the other two. OnePlus 11 offers great value for money and is very fast, but the camera isn't as good. If you can afford it, get the S23+
Just upgraded to S23+ 6 days ago, coming from the S20+ I had for 3 years. The green line issue on the screen appeared the week before I had to upgrade.
I upgraded from S10 to S23 Ultra but is considering returning it as its just way too heavy and wide. It actually is triggering my carpel tunnel syndrome which has not surfaced for a while. Between S23+ and the Ultra, in terms of width, is there a big differce when placed in hand? I would love the longer battery life of the 23+ but worry about the width...debating between getting the S23 or S23. Any recommendation pls?
It's not a huge difference, just 2 mm smaller in width for the S23+. It is also much thinner and lighter though, and that helps with the feel in the hand too. I think you would actually appreciate the size difference. No way near as much as the small S23 (my recommendation), but if you want the super long battery then the S23+ is the way to go
Is the S23+ an "upgrade" over the S22 Ultra Exynos that i got last year. I dont use the Spen or The zoom that much, i find the Ultra To big for my hands and the Weight and the battery is very poor. Camera and battery are very important for me.
I personally think it is, yes. For battery and performance especially. If you don’t need the S pen or zoom much then you really don’t need the Ultra 👍🏼
i just get my s23 ultra and man i have big regrets honestly! its big like brick and impossible to hold for me at least. i will try to sell and get s23 base model for compact and easy use experience !
Great video! A real review! Still wondering if s23 or s23+. The 23+ is a bit big on me and the regular s23 is a bit small or rather tight on me. I wish it was a little wider. I now use a OnePlus Nord and an Iphone 12. I think I've always liked the size of the iphone better. It's 6.1 again, but a little wider. I would be grateful if you guys could help me.
@@insidetechltd, hey, thanks for your reply! Let me ask you - In which cases would you prefer the bigger screen and why would you compromise if you don't mind the price?
Personally, I would take the smaller phone even if they were the same price. I like the comfort and portability of the smaller form factor so much, I’ve always gone for the smaller phones (when ‘small’ still means 6.1”). It’s easier to use and I don’t ever think “I wish the screen was half an inch bigger”. The battery sees me through until at least the end of the day and I’m happy to charge every night if I need to. That’s what I’d go for personally, but everyone is different :)
WIll get my S23 in graphite soon, had a s21 ultra before :), i like the better form factor and I think will get better battery life (s21 ultra had exynos)
Switched from iphone 13 max to the s23P and it had a terrible camera and Samsung didn't care so I had to go to the s23U because I didn't want to go back iphone and now I have a really good camera
i wish there was a mini version of the s23 ultra. a tiny phone with a pen would be amazing and so useful. battery would probably be shite but hopefully someday in the future it could work!
Less go! I hope the durability of the microphones last better on these. This is the second (S20+ right now, and the S9+ before that) that have had their microphone become essentially unusable, well not essentially on the S9+. I do keep these for years. But, a PHONE'S microPHONE should not be going out. Especially when you rob me of a headphone jack... i had 2 pairs of Raycons break on me in a months time)both times the ear with the microphone of course. So, I haven't been able to supplement it with my actual headphones(not ear buds). And, its made it so I can't record lyrical flows I find when freestyling. I'll get the lyrics down, but will forget how I made them work proper lol. I use my phone to get a quick recording so I can record it later. But, not with a busted mic and no headphone potential.
I appreciate the kind words, friend! 🙌🏼
Was contemplating which one to get. I went with the base s23 due to the size. I love how compact and practical it is! If youre like me and fancied downsizing for practicality then dont hesitate, s23 all the way!
Agreed, this is the way.
Woow.. Now, that's the detailed review.. Saw this after 5 months of publishing the video, with a confusion between s23+ vs s2 2+
You nailed the review and comparison with such level of details.
Keep up the good work.. 👍
Love from India! 🇮🇳
Thank you so much, I really appreciate that! 💚
I like the s23 design a ton. I think I might've been interested in the ultra if it was rounded
Now I'm stuck between S23 and Pluse
I think all you've got to pick is if you want the big screen and big phone or not - I personally love the smaller form factor
Actually one of the best phone reviews I've ever seen. Good luck!
That's kind of you to say, thank you 🙌🏼
I am thorned between the S23 and S23 Ultra. Personally, I really like the 6.1 inches screen as I find it the sweet spot. I used to have an S22 and Note 20 Ultra and both feels good in the hands. I might go for the S23 cream since I like it white.
Do it!
@@insidetechltd I traded in my iphone 13 Pro and added cash at a Samsung store two days ago. I ended up with the S23 Ultra black. The battery is indeed superb and performance is just wow.
I really dislike the look of the Ultra, so will go for 23 plus
I own the Note 20 ultra and bought the S23+ for my father and the S23 for me.
I like the huge display of the Note 20 Ultra, but honestly speaking I was not using it outdoors because it's very uncomfortable in my pocket.
Huge displays are fantastic and probably more suitable for women. I think I'm gonna miss the huge Note's display, but I after using for more than two years I want something smaller, as my S9 mini which is super confortable.
That's why I got the S23.
I find the smaller phones a lot more practical
What storage did u chose for s23
This is the one of the most impressive reviews I’ve watched this year. Good job!
Thank you very much 🙌🏼
You gave us a 7 course meal with a complementary bottle of champagne on the house with your comprehensive review. Personally I would love the S23 Ultra.
Haha, Bon appétit!
great review, subbed!! btw, did anyone of you noticed that the Gorilla Victus 2 glass on the front and backside of the s23 has some type of Lotus effect ability!? just hold it under the water tap and watch the water running over the surface of the glass. it's like pearls.
Thank you! Nice observation too 🤓
Have to say this is the best comparison video I have seen so far.
That’s awesome to hear, thanks a lot!
My girlfriend says the same thing to me!
@@insidetechltd lol!
But I'd be very surprised if Samsung didn't end up releasing one this year as well
Love my S23 Plus! Flat screen is awesome and battery life is phenomenal.
Thank you 🙌🏼 I would say it is yes, and worse case scenario is that you can always do a quick fast charge to top if you need to
Again great content, was waiting on your review and finally is here :).
Thank you!
Yes, I'm getting the S23 straight away, not waiting for the discounts. Snapdragon is what sold me!
Fair enough! I would also take a smaller Ultra 👌🏼 (I get the Pro not the Pro Max when I get iPhones)
Thank you. Don't know why it was so hard to google whether or not the samsung galaxy S23 had a flat or bevelled screen but it was and this answered all of my questions perfectly :)
Thought I might need to go for S23 Ultra just for the camera, the specs look the same but the camera tests looked a bit different so wasn't sure if there was image stabilisation only on the ultra to support the super telephoto or some slightly dodgy back end processing to make the most expensive phone look the best. I like the sharp detail but it does seem pretty processed. Not sure if turning off HDR will get me where I want to be? (it really helps tone down the over contrast on the S7).
Glad I could help!
Incredibly complete and well organized comparison! :) Great job! Thanks!
Thank you 👊🏼
Absolutely nailed it. Got the info what I needed from this 22 series vs 23 series comparison. I am currently looking to upgrade from my OnePlus 7 pro. This video is very informative for me to make a choice. Thank you
Glad to hear it!
This is how a review should be done.. kudos❤
Thank you 👊🏼
Great review, many thanks!!!
I appreciate it!
Amazing review! Thank you guys!
Thanks a lot! 🙌🏼
This has to be one of the best comparison videos I have seen .. Very detailed .. And you didn't just compare like for like.. You also went on to compare the regular S23 with the Ultra .. I'm really impressed by how detailed the whole video was
That's great to hear, thank you so much!
Why there is a difference between geekbench first score 1558 ( 7:28 ) and 2044 in second ( 9:42 ) ?
Which one is correct?
Both. One is Geekbench 5, one is Geekbench 6
After watching your video, I returned my s23 for a s23 plus. I was not aware of the charging capacity for the s23. I had a 14 day window so I returned it and got the s23 plus
nice 👍🏼
They very likely are great phones, but for me, they all have a dealbreaker: the lack of sd card memory slot. If Sammy brought that memory card slot back, I'd buy one of those phones.
I don’t think it’s ever coming back 😭
Brilliant reviews on all s23, thank you for bring high quality review, which I totally love watching.
Ah, thank you very much!
@InsideTech Thank you replying back, have a lovely evening you and your family.
And again thank you for making this video and many others.
Fantastic S23 comparison vid . The latest SN processor a real win over the Gen 1 ,which was a relative disappointment.
Thank you! And yes I agree
Photography is my main concern..for framing purposes... Pixel 7pro vs Samsung s23+ .so which one s good ?
S23 plus is just underrated
Most detailed explanation !
Thank you, glad I could help!
Great video! Made me help choose my next device.Keep up the good work!
Thanks, glad I could help!
Very good and detailed review. I wonder how big the system partition of the new 23 phones are. Is it true it's up to 80gb?
Thank you! I'm looking at 37.85 GB system storage (on a 256 GB model). I think 80 GB would be crazy!
Best ever comparison video I have seen.. 100%
Thank you! 💚
Thank you for your unbiased review. I wanted to hear an explanation of phone specs that appealed to me for my needs and your video did that perfectly!
Glad to hear it, that's what i'm here for!
Maybe consider flagships of previous year's then. Reliable camera performance but the price of a mid range
Thank you so much for such an amazing in depth but at the same time easy to understand video!
I'm so glad I chose S23+ instead Ultra
👍🏼
Great comparison! I would go with the Plus after watching this. I would like to see a quad HD display on it to justify the price but it looks great nonetheless.
A Quad HD S23+ would be 💯
As somesone who uses his phone as part of his medical eco-system (Bluetooth continuous glucose meter), battery is a very important for me.
S23 it is!
S23 plus is beast...❤❤❤
This video is seriously impressive, I've subscribed because of it.
The only thing you missed was the difference between UFS 3.1 and UFS 4.0 storage for certain storage size models of the S23 lineup.
Thank you!
Although look closely, that’s in there too 😏
@@insidetechltd Ha! There was so much information I must have missed it.

This is the best comparison video I have ever seen.👏🏻
Can u please tell me if there is any noticeable difference between the display of the s23 plus and the display of the regular s23 & Ultra?
I'm wondering specifically about the PPI resolution in the s23 plus, as it is lower compared to the regular version.
Thank you! If you look closely at the phones side by side...you can see it. The screens are big enough that you can spot the difference IF you're looking for it. I really don't think it's something you notice day to day though, you very quickly adjust to either screen so I don't think it's a big issue
@@insidetechltd
Thank you for responding..😊
The regular S23 is good, but as a content consumer, I prefer a big screen.
Great content as usual 🙏☮️
Thank you 💚
This video made me to subscribe your channel in the first go...❤😊
I need your advice on my case stated below.
S23(256gb)- 779£
S23+(256gb)- 903£
S23 ultra (256gb) - 959£
Which among them is the best buy as per the pricing..
@@insidetechltd Thanks a lot for the suggestion .Also one more thing,
The above stated price of s23 series is based on black Friday offer with some tariff plan.
I believe S24 series may launch in January or February 2024. After that, will the price of S23 base model again decreases??
In other words, which is the best time to buy s23 base model, during current black Friday sale or wait until January or February.??
Please advise
Yes, it’s likely the S23 series will be discounted when the new models arrive. So the best time to buy is after the new ones come out (likely January)
@@insidetechltd Thanks a lot bro.. i will wait till January to buy s23
Great content!! Keep it up :)

Two moments when I became a fan, already a subscriber though.
First, when he mentioned about Ultra Wide Band, which I never heard anyone speaking about.
Second, when he mentioned the prices in ₹(Indian Rupee).
👊🏼
My choice would be the S23+, only for the screen size. What is your opinion on the One Plus 11 phone? The one plus is cheaper and seems to be better compared to their older models.
These are my full thoughts on the phone 👉🏼 ua-cam.com/video/-d5AQ2101Is/v-deo.html
I would say the S23 is probably better overall, but maybe not in terms of value for money
This video is top notch 🔥

Glad to hear it!
Thank you - although I have to tell you that the 25 W vs 45 W bit is in this video already! 10:25 😬
Woahhh❄I rarely do put comments nowadays but this one deserves it🔥Greatt comparison, without a shadow of doubt the best one I've watched for the s23 lineup!!!Perfect is what I'd say
Keep up the massive work and passion you have doing it🍂Well done mate💯
I really appreciate that. Put a lot of work into this so that’s awesome to hear! 💚
Your endless efforts behind this content makes me astonished.

I have been searching for a detailed review like this one, thanks man. I'm considering the compact regular s23, can't be bothered to lug around giant phones lol
I love to hear it. I've been going for the compact phones for the past few years now and have no regrets 👌🏼

confused between s23 plus and s23 ultra ....do you see any real difference in screen quality between them?
I have the same doubt
@@jasielquezada3670 3 years back when i switch from note 8 to s10e i faced the same issue s10e 1080p quality was crap compare to note 8.....look like this is going to be the case with this
Do you recommend s23+ over s23? I had small compact s23 sized phone all my life, but I always needed bigger battery. But confused if 6.6 inch would be larger.
Checking dimensions, s23+ with 6.6 inch thinner bezels has same dimensions as oneplus nord 2T with 6.4 inch, which my cousin has, and I think it’s maybe ok.🙆🏻♂️
If the Nord 2T has the same dimensions and was ok...I think you have your answer! It's a big phone, but the battery life will be awesome

Bro thanks for an amazing review please please answer these questions🙏- I need a good camera phone (especially for videos) To record my auditions as an actor people say the iphones are better for videos so
1) is the video quality on s23+ really bad compared to iphones as in deal breaker level bad?
You can’t go wrong
2) no there isn’t
3) no big difference in the displays. If you have to ask, you’re not the sort of pixel-peeping person who would notice. It’s a subtle difference
I hope that helps!
@@insidetechltdthank you so much Bro you're awesome God Bless! But just to sum up what you said & clarify & confirm once again for my peace of mind before i buy s23+
1) if Iphones video quality is excellent s23+ falls in very good category & can become excellent with good lighting & can be used for recording professional & good auditions?
2) its not worth spending more on the S23 ultra for the camera if the price difference between the plus & ultra is huge?
3) i wont be able to notice any difference in the display till i dont see them side by side & nitpick?
with 1) iPhone video is ahead of any another phone, so it's only fair to put it into it's own category. Maybe calling the S23+ 'very good' in comparison is a bit unfair though. The S23+ should be plenty good enough for your use case. It's more like 'excellent' vs 'excellent +1'
2) correct!
3) correct!
@@insidetechltd okay bro thanks so much one last & final question & promise no more questions after that i promise
S23+ or one plus 11 or google pixel 7 pro which one would you pick as an overall good phone for camera & general use?
No way near as much as the small S23 (my recommendation), but if you want the super long battery then the S23+ is the way to go
@@insidetechltd Thank you for your response! Really love the S Pen and everything else with the Ultra but most likely will need to return for a S23+.
Love your channel
thank you 👊🏼
i just get my s23 ultra and man i have big regrets honestly! its big like brick and impossible to hold for me at least. i will try to sell and get s23 base model for compact and easy use experience !
I preferred the smaller S23 experience myself 👌🏼
Great video! A real review! Still wondering if s23 or s23+. The 23+ is a bit big on me and the regular s23 is a bit small or rather tight on me. I wish it was a little wider. I now use a OnePlus Nord and an Iphone 12. I think I've always liked the size of the iphone better. It's 6.1 again, but a little wider. I would be grateful if you guys could help me.
Thanks a lot! My recommendation is the S23. Especially if there's no perfect size, why not go for the cheaper one?
@@insidetechltd, thank you very much! Would go to compare them again in the store and make a decision. :)

Less go! I hope the durability of the microphones last better on these. my sexy Astro A10s just went out after 6 years and the new ones I've had to return twice, it's so fucked, (I think the third ones are OK but I don't think they will last 6 years like their predecessor, let alone 2
the phones aren't jacked right out of the box and only since the S9+ have i really had an issue with the time i got out of the phones(being the mircophone going out in a single year), but my consoles(besides the 360 that came much later, best modern console FIGHT ME 🧔

🦵👢),
controllers, headphones.
Also, had a problem with 2 Smart T.Vs out of box; now I got a decent LG one. All there is smart T.Vs now man, like... I had a 32in Vizio for 12 years, and it had the BEST picture quality. Now the supposedly "better" T.Vs look like shit somehow(and lack basic settings in alot of circumstances). Should of seen my face looking at the T.V selection after 12 years haha 24 year old lookin' like a dinosaur out there. I'm still bitter about the T.V ordeal.
Hope yall have fun trying to read this lol. Much love Tech, appreciate the comp, looks like S+ wins again! As I stated on the poll you posted, I'm just about to be getting a new phone, and was about to have to deep dive to figure shit out. Looks like I'll save myself the older gen comparisons and just swoop the S23+ avoiding the anguish and anxiety of a perfectionist's anxiolyte(
Had to grab a drink and popcorn for this comment 😅 thanks for watching though, glad to have you here!
