What is the difference between RTK and LiDAR? Which one has the better coverage?

RTK provides you the absolute location of your device. You can look at it, as a point in the map.
LiDAR provides you with a 3D map of your surroundings. You can look at it, as if you would be using your eyes to determine your surroundings.
Combining these 2 technologies is a very strong solution for autonomous navigation.
