    When I started I felt as if the breath was being blocked coming into my nose, but now I feel the cool breeze of the air entering into my nose, and my chest does not feel congested. Thank you.

      If you are a beginner to Kriya hold each pose a shorter time than what I offer in the video. If you have been doing Kriya for a long time you can hold the poses much longer than what I show. Kriya is an intuitive practice. The best way is to listen to your body, Let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks

    My right nostril started out partially blocked and now it’s worse and hurts a bit. What have I done wrong?

      I don't know what you did wrong, maybe nothing. Maybe it's deeper in the lungs. If the right side is blocked that is considered the Yang/fire/masculine/rising side. It could be that you need to balance by increasing Yang energy. Yin, which is the feminine/cooling/grounding/ energy is perhaps too strong.
