In open world, I was running around and shot one of those Riot troopers with a kampfpistol lv 2, which was enough explosive force to throw him INTO the air, blow off his helmet, and mortally wound him. Then Quiet blows the bastard's head off AS HE WAS EXPLODING MIDAIR. I'm not sure if I can ever replicate it, but someone else should try!
