I think the Gen3 Hayabusa looks incredible. I personally like the black with the silver accents on the left at the 3:10 mark. To me that looks like Bat Man's bike. I the cockpit display is the best I've seen on any bike. Wow, I love the looks of that whole display. I wish Suzuki would consider a version of the Gen 3 for outside of Europe that didn't have to pass the Euro 5 emissions. It's one thing to pass emissions by restrictions in the ECU and cats in the headers and pipes, but another thing all together when you make tweaks to the engine itself to pass Euro 5 (which they did). If I could buy an unrestricted engine version of the Gen3 then that would be the only thing that could possibly get me to thinking about trading for my 2017 ZX1R. Ivan's Performance Products ECU flash is incredible. Not just as "drag strip" bike that any tuner can do, but also as a street rider's dream that unleashes a controlled (controlled is key - no twitchiness) but rage animal mid-range from the stranglehold built into the stock ECU, and I would trust him if he came out with a Gen 3 Busa flash. I know there are shops that can replace engine parts to undue the Euro 5 restrictions built into the Gen 3 engine, but a lot of guys don't have reasonable access to that as opposed to simply mailing out an ECU. Still that Gen 3 Busa is amazing and gorgeous.
Yep, love the Gen 3 Busa. I don't get why euro 5 regs have to neuter bikes, as if bikes are a problem for pollution, as if it makes a difference how polluting bikes are when these are the stats: Motorcycles are responsible for 2.9 billion vehicle miles (bvm) in the UK. Cars and taxis: 251.3 bvm So actually less than 1% only comparing cars.
Super jealous! Camera details and affiliate links are in the description, it's an Insta360 X2 - next year i'll have an Ace Pro 2 which will be even better!
Gorgeous bike, and I can clearly see you really like it. If I were Suzuki I'd think about loaning you one for 12 months, with your enthusiasm for it they'd sell even more!
Yeah it does mate, not sure what brand, probably developed by suzuki and another company, it's under-mounted. The road starting at 06:30 was really bumpy and the Busa kind of ate all of them up without any issues
@@StormTEC I saw a couple of videos of two people in the death wobble so I was wondering if that was an issue still. I think one of the guys did not make it. It looks beautiful and smooth. I have large hands so I really like those foam rubber cheap grips on mine. I notice you keep half you hand on your right handle or maybe that was just camera distortion.
@@debatelordx Ah, my Gen 1 Busa seemed to shrug off little shakes straight away, maybe those guys had issues with their wheel bearings or fork oil? Funny you mention the grip, as that's just a little quirk of mine, I just made a video about it too actually: ua-cam.com/video/x31lhzzO3Lw/v-deo.html
Yes, but how comfortable would it be for a 6'2" tall person that wants to ride 500 miles, without any lower back pains involved? That's the real question....lol...
This is a highway bike, the weight comparison with a GS is accurate, though GS is a bike that can steer while Busa simply cannot. I've ridden both Busa, GS and XR (which I both own) on twisties and Busa cannot compete with the GS, not even with s1000XR. Pros: Fast, reliable and fun. Price is excellent 17 200 VAT included for EU market, Great value for money ! Updated technology pack, launch control is a very welcomed addition. The tech pack is impressive overall, it doesn't need anything else. Cons: Extremely low cornering capabilities, uncomfortable.
I’ve been lucky to have owned 7 Busa’s and they’re were all dreams to ride. The Gen 3 is indeed AWESOMENESS ……
great review mate, was looking forward to this. Cheers! I'd love to have a hayabusa one day.
Thanks dude! I had the Gen 1 which was amazing, but this Gen 3 really is a different beast!

This is the best video I've watched on this bike so far.
Thanks dude, hopefully I will keep up this quality for future bike reviews!
What camera do you use to film looks fab i picked up a gen 3 like you've tested a month ago as a dealer demo 😀

I had to watch your video couple of times, because I get too concentrated on these beautiful roads, man
This is Bwlch Mountain area in South Wales. Definitely our best looking area after Snowdonia!

Hell yeah man, I'd make a tonne of videos on this
Why do you have your right hand half on the grip and half on the bar end weight?

I love the history of the Hayabusa and its distinct style. I don't love the thought of paying the price for one or insuring one.
The insurance is the big deal breaker for most of us that aren't 50+ years old with a garage and 20 years no claims bonus really!
What a great video ❤
Does it have a steering dampener and if so what kind?

I'm 6ft and rode my Gen 1 Busa for full days and didn't have any issues, probably the best sportbike for taller guys really
@@StormTEC StormTEC, would you say that the comfort of this bike is better than the bmw s1000RR ?
@markettradinggenius haven't ridden one of those yet, but I've ridden an r6, zx10r, vfr 800, zx12r..
Of all of those the hayabusa was the most comfy.
@@StormTEC thanks brother...good info...
Yeah i'd rather get a downpayment on a house than a new Busa but man it does look like a forever bike... maybe if i win the lotto haha
Are you buying a box 📦 with that down payment? Lmao
@@Steven-zj2yw Haha you might call it that 😂 Houses in Wales are much more reasonable because there's no jobs here

So the company that makes something posts a review?
How do you review something that you’re attached to?
Not exactly unbiased.
I don't understand what you mean?
I don't work for suzuki or any dealerships
The Hayabusa is the quintessential crotch rocket
