hi Yangyang Cheng it is a pleasure to get to your Yoyo Chinese.com. It is absolutely amazing and interesting to learn chinese. How can one say" iam Ugandan and i love my city" in Chinese?
Can someone pls explain why "ma" is a neutral tone, but pronounced like the first tone? I thought neutral tones are supposed to be in the middle of the vocal range. It seems here like Yangyang is saying "ma" in a high pitched tone
Prince Add Usually if you want to ask "can you speak Chinese", you can say either "nǐ huì shuō zhōng wén ma (你会说中文吗) or "nǐ huì bú huì shuō zhōng wén (你会不会说中文)". For the latter one, it literally means "Can you speak Chinese or not?", in this case, you can't add "ma" after this sentence, otherwise it sounds really weird for Chinese people. Additionally, the latter question sounds a little rude, so the former one is recommended

hi Yangyang Cheng it is a pleasure to get to your Yoyo Chinese.com. It is absolutely amazing and interesting to learn chinese. How can one say" iam Ugandan and i love my city" in Chinese?
你好。我是sreynich。我是柬埔寨人。我会说中文一点点
你好 (nǐ hǎo)- hello!
May I pronounce"ma" as the closing part of AN English speech?

ni hao yangyang.
What is difference between ba and ma?
azncooler ba is the number 8. Ma is like a “question mark” for yes/no questions.
Can someone pls explain why "ma" is a neutral tone, but pronounced like the first tone? I thought neutral tones are supposed to be in the middle of the vocal range. It seems here like Yangyang is saying "ma" in a high pitched tone
For the neutral tone pitch is not really important as long as you keep it short and soft.
你会说韩国文和日本文吗?
For people who don't under stand let's say you are asking are you blank, it's you are blank? You change the are to you. And change ? To ma.
Wo hui shuo yi dianr zhongwen
You are soooo cute! 我爱你!
1:03 You put a fist when you said ma was short and sweet...why????
Thaitwin The fist looks kinda like a dot.
the tone i guess
can I say 你 huì bú huì shuõ 中文?
+khalid mostafa Yes! 你会不会说中文? (nǐ huì bú huì shuō zhōng wén) - Can you speak Chinese?
+Yangyang Cheng dont we need to add "ma" in that sentence ?
Prince Add Usually if you want to ask "can you speak Chinese", you can say either "nǐ huì shuō zhōng wén ma (你会说中文吗) or "nǐ huì bú huì shuō zhōng wén (你会不会说中文)".
