If this game would get a remake/"spiritual reboot", I wouldn't be surprised if it be more like your average Combat Racing Game (Twisted Metal, Full Auto, etc.) I mean, all these racers are... well, racing... for their lives. So of course they'd play dirty (Well, that's putting it mildly)

I got the 1.0 version with my PC. it was an MMX200 and I paid it more expensive than my current gaming rig... ^^'
I used to play this in Windows 98 with a Steering wheel and paddles. It made me feel that i was driving an actual car!

I still remember using that desktop theme on my old PC, there were some Winamp skins too, kinda completes the POD experience haha.
