Crazy to think that in this day and age, they can make real time racing games that look technically better than this cutscene race. Why hasn't someone remade this game? And given it the same level of detail as the race in the cutscene?
I used to play this and hunter hunted. I remember these games came bundled with our Acer desktop (pentium 2 mmx) A lot of the Ubisoft games shared the same universe. The main player in hunter hunted was said to be the winner of the POD races, his ship crashed into that world that the game takes place in.
I played the game for many hours too. It brings back memories playing it on Windows XP, Windows 7, and Windows 10 on the computer. Maybe on Windows 95, and Windows 98 Operating System too.
Such an awesome game, the Scorp was my favorite car.
