    BEST VACUUMS EVER! Had a rainbow tossed it after using a shark, and I purchased robot three weeks ago and went out and purchased another with the mop. Like I said, best ever.!!!!

    I have the shark matrix 2 in 1 and the features says it has a self cleaning brushroll that prevents hair from wrapping around it. But mine gets hair wrapped all the time

    if I put the mop on to vac/mop to the whole house at the same time would I have to let the shark know that the bedroom is a carpet zone and to only vac?

      Hi! Thank you for contacting Shark Home! We're happy to help you with your inquiry about your Shark's cleaning and navigation. If your robot is connected to the Shark clean app and your house has been scanned, you should have a map of it in your App and you should be able to select the carpet zones, in that way your Shark robot will be able to avoid these zones while mopping.

      That is correct, you can edit your map using the no-go zone and the carpet zone option. When you select the carpet zone the robot in the mopping mop will not go over this specific zone.

    how can I get it to clean my upstairs - no mapping function for 2 floors ? I'm loving it downstairs and use both mop and vacuum functions - but... upstairs?

      We're glad to assist you with your inquiry! Currently, our robots can only support mapping on one level of your home. If you want the robot to clean another level without affecting your current map, you should move the robot to the new level without the base. Place the robot on a level surface and press the clean button. Then, once the robot has finished cleaning, manually return it to the base.

    My mop pad won't get wet anymore. I've only used it twice.

    I purchased a Shark Matrix Plus 2-in-1 less than a month ago but I received a Shark AI Ultra 2-in-1 instead. 😡🤬
