Veurne East Level Crossing

Monday May 20 2024 at 16.10. No train. The next one was an hour away so it was decided to move on. This is just east of Veurne Station which is a passing place on this single track section of line and that is what happened. Two trains arrived at the station at the same time and it was impossible to get here from the station crossing in time to film one. This is the 11th crossing on this line from De Panne. You may have noticed that Belgium Railways manages to safely operate its level crossings without having markings on each side for pedestrians and without 'Keep Crossing Clear' signs.
