Thanks for checking out the video. In regards to your question, I have REW running on my laptop with my calibration mic in the main listening position. In REW there is an RTA button and once you click on the red button it will start capturing the noise levels. However, to record the screen for the video I use OBS to capture that, since REW doesn't actually do a video capture. Hope that makes sense and helps.
This demo does a good job of testing out the height channels.
