    Green Detox Smoothie
    - Ingredients:
    1 cup green tea, chilled
    1 cup loosely packed cilantro
    1 cup baby greens
    1 cup cucumber
    1 cup frozen pineapple
    1 lemon, juiced
    1 tbsp fresh ginger grated
    ½ avocado
    Tropical Delight Detox Smoothie
    1 frozen ripe banana
    1/2 cup frozen mango
    1/2 cup frozen strawberries
    1/2 cup frozen pineapple
    1 cup coconut water
    1 lemon, juiced
    1 tbsp Chia Seeds
    Carrot Detox Smoothie
    - Ingredients:
    1 cup carrots
    1/2 ripe banana
    1 cup frozen pineapple
    1 tbsp fresh ginger grated
    1/4 tsp ground turmeric
    pinch of Black Pepper
    ½ lemon, juiced
    1 cup unsweetened almond milk

    Looking forward to trying these😋 you've converted me to a smoothie lover! Can I just check quantities on the Tropical Delight though please - Coach Gaby says to use a cup of strawberries/mango and pineapple BUT the recipe posted here says half a cup? Which is it please? Many thanks xx

    Due to oxalates, I can't do this too often. Don't you get arthritis pain from green spinach?

    Would any one of these be better than the other for a colon cleanse? I suffer from constipation quite often and I'm looking for something other than medication/supplement crap you see on the internet to help it.

      Have you considered a non synthetic magnesium supplement? Magnesium citrate is a natural laxative, but I don't recommend that for using as a supplement because it's so poorly absorbed.
      The varieties I personally use are magnesium chloride (liquid) magnesium glycinate (capsules) and magnesium malate (loose powder).
      Make sure your meds don't react to it, but those are good forms. To find out how much you need per day, take it until you get loose stools, then decrease the amount a little and make sure you get that much daily between food and supplements. I hope that helps!

    Those look good! Another idea would be to add matcha powder instead of fresh tea just to give it a little more potency.
    I'm new to this program. I've been struggling to lose weight after the birth of my 6th living child and it's been like a yo-yo. This is the first time I wasn't able to get back down to my pre-pregnancy weight of 125lbs. I got down to 140lbs and for a couple years plateaued. And then I started slowly gaining. I've been bouncing between 170-180lbs since.
    I recently confirmed I have Prediabetes. I believe insulin sensitivity is the root cause of my weight gain and why I've been unable to get back down. So I'm taking measures with the Lord's help to hopefully resolve it and ultimately drop some pounds permanently.
    My energy levels have been simply terrible in recent years! I don't have time in my day to have low energy, but what do you do when you're so tired you can't hardly do basic house cleaning, let alone healthy meals? So we've been doing a lot of high carb meals.
    Before I confirmed Prediabetes, I did a 7 minute workout and it wore me out! I couldn't handle much of anything for the next 24 hours and it took me about 3 days to fully recover.
    One thing that gives me hope is knowing that those who have trusted Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior will be given a new glorified body at rapture. We'll never be tired again! Never feel pain again! It will be a perfectly healthy body for all eternity! But, until that day, I need this body to have enough energy that I can take care of my family, my home, be active in my church and sharing the gospel with the lost.
    I'm just so tired of running on fumes, resting because I don't have enough energy to do anything or very little at best. So this program may be a Godsend for me.

      Now, regarding your energy and diet, specifically carbs, the body NEEDS carbs for energy. However, there is such a thing as bad carbs and good carbs. Our meal plans only include good carbs!!       I currently don't have a regular doctor. The last appointment I had was my 6 week appointment after the birth of my youngest, who is 8 years old. I have a big problem with the medical system and the doctor who delivered all 6 of my children retired and haven't found someone to replace her. My kids started going to a new Pediatric doctor (NP), but I don't have one for myself.
      So my goal is to find someone just because it's been so long since my last appointment. I've leaned on God's help with my various needs and God hasn't let me down. I started developing muscle spasms maybe a couple years ago, so I increased the magnesium I was taking which did help, but they continued. And the Lord led me to start taking potassium chloride and when I did, the spasms went away. And so I know my potassium levels have dipped again if they come back.
      I struggled with depression and suicidal thoughts for 25 years starting from the age of 9. When I got to the point I was ready to give up and go home, I gave God one year to heal me. God showed me 2 supplements and I took those in a 1:10 ratio. Within a week I was seeing noticeable results and after 2.5 weeks my depression was gone, which was about 3 months after my prayer telling God my intentions. But later on, I recognized that I was dependent upon my supplements and that bothered me, even if they worked very well. During a time I couldn't afford to buy more of my supplements, God showed me that He wanted to heal me. He used 2 testimonies, a verse of scripture, a minor supernatural physical healing and a Jesus dream. As I was sitting on the kitchen floor in tears, I said to myself, if Jesus was willing to heal a minor physical injury, surely He would heal my depression. I prayed, asking Jesus to do what I couldn't do for myself and went to bed. The next day, my depression was gone!
      I need to find a natural doctor for myself because getting my blood checked would help confirm things that need fixed, but the Bible tells us that God directs our steps, and that's so true!

    Everything is fine on the 1st smoothie accept the avocados I hate them & for the last smoothie Gabby said almond juice did she mean milk lol?

      If you don't like avocados, you can always sub it with Edamame, Almond butter or mashed banana. For the last recipe, yes, it's almond milk! 😊❤️
